Devcon epoxy has worked good for me.

Then a ssf set at 28 hz is to low. It should only be a few hertz below 33.

so subwoofer build error and amp build error is out of the question? companies make mistakes FI basically blames large korean amps sending microwaved signals but OP has a quality sundown..... if all but 1 had a coating then there's still no way for them to touch each other and short out OP even noticed something funny about the sub before the fire It also said there were problems with the sundown saz-3000d.

I would still consider the SSA gcon 15 750wrms x 4. I ran 1 and hit 140db. With 4 on 3500k eventually I would think 150db + . They say they are sq but they can get loud. The x would be a good choice also.

I still think your best option is four 15" subs at the power you will get.

How much do you want to spend and power them with how many watts rms?

Then buy the psi subs if you what fancy looking!

Look at the previous post. You are correct chanel 1&2 do left and right front speakers chanels 3&4 do the left and right rear speakers.

We dont know what he means by low power. im going to go out on a limb and say Dcons lol.. hes an old memeber and unless he has changed in a HUGE way.. when he says low power he means low power. not picking on ya chris. but im guessing you mean 3K or less. SA-15's could be a good choice!

Alot of us just like to run front speakers and tweeter. Plus the sub no rear speakers.To me it sounds better.
