So I need to buy a new top bracket is what you're saying? The one that puts tension on the belt.

I would try a new tensioner first. Also the pulley may be getting worn because its just soft aluminum.

From that picture the alignment dont look the best.

This is A pic of my mechman 300amp on a 2009 jeep. I am not close to full amp draw.It is a six grove belt withe at least 35% belt rap.

How good of a belt wrap do you have on the pulley?

I would go with a single ssa gcon 12 d2 for a sub if you want better output. We need to know your budget for this build. I see you want to stay around 1500. I would get rid of the rear speaker and spend the money on some good comps for the front. Use a good three channel amp.

But even from a hobby store it isnt cheap.
