I have the Pioneer AVH-3200DVD And I cant seem to play vids from the USB Can anyone help me out or had the same problem

Im trying to install my Pioneer AVH-3200DVD into my Impala.....and It has a factory amp that powers the speakers....I cant get it to play off my HU Any Suggestions!!! All Answered appreciated!!
