Hen I build my enclosures I tend to make the bracing like 1/16 bigger so there is outward tension. It makes it less likely to flex if it's already flexed out a little. Seems to work for me

Nope they stopped making the mp series mids and came out with the pwx series. Higher sensitivity and quality is better they are like 7-10$ higher per mid.

When I hit about 38hz and higher it's pressure on my ears, forehead and chest along with blurred vision . 37 and lower is whole body getting pounded with ear pressure

I bought a bc2k about 6 months ago and about 1 month ago my bass knob clipping light would work but the stop working till I tapped on it. Well a few days ago it finally stopped working all together. Is that part of the warranty? If not how much would it cost to buy a new one?

With that much space just grab another q and run them. That is too big for those subs unless you ran like 500rms
