Haha no lol when I bought them the guy lived in Alaska. He shipped them both without good packaging. One arrived fine. The other got a good beating. I hooked it up and it smoked 2 fets. Sent it in for warranty and have t had a problem since. As to the low voltage, that was when I first has them. For eh about a week. Lol did a few test with the truck off to see when they protected and surprisingly enough, never had one protect. Or get hot for that matter.

Speaking of Robin Butler did you know his subs were for sale. I didn't know that, if I needed level 5's I would grab them but I'll be running the platform 3's

Same thing I was thinking, but some people believe they need the exact same amount of tweeters as mids. I will only run about 6 up front. The rest will be on the side of the enclosure. Facing outward when I roll the windows down. I'm think of puttin some tens there as well.
