There was a gent in Winnipeg who attended our little SPL comp. He had two of them in a sealed box. I'm not sure how much power he was driving them with but I recall he did a 138.x.

I second Ramos' suggestion. Another option, depending on what tool you used to cut the hole with, is to reglue the piece you cut out and then cut it again. This is relatively simple to do if you used a jigsaw since the blade is quite thin. You can use hot melt to 'spot weld' the circle in place and then a hard glue like epoxy to fill the crack. A bit more time consuming but it gets away from having a double baffle..
