The MAW's do not come in dual 2 configuration. I received a few units in for testing and still have them crated. They are not a normal stocking item nor will they ever be. Hope this clears things up. Best, Mark

Thanks for all the comments guys - I appreciate it. It was a tough decision to make, but I think it will dispel a lot of myths and innuendo about Mach 5 pricing. Have you looked at some of the shallow mount units out there? There are a few brands that are quite capable from what I understand...

How much total space can you afford to give up to subs?

I really can't answer that. What I can tell you is they will sweep more air than the single 15", and by doing so they will produce more output. The rest is left to the install and the environment they are going into.

It depends on what you classify as 'loud'. With 1.4kw behind them, they will be loud...

Date: Saturday August 25 Location: Club Regent Casino Parking Lot - 1425 regent Ave, Winnipeg Manitoba Time: Registration is a 10:00am; Competition begins at 12:00pm This is an *unsanctioned* dB Drag event. General rules will follow standard dB Drag guidelines with a few exceptions to make people's lives a bit easier. Registration for the competition is free. Are you referring to the MJ-18? There are a lot of folks who use the MJ in IB configs with success. The IXL is new so you won't see many (if at all) right now. A number of IBers took part in the pre-order and are currently working on getting them built. Perhaps check the Cult periodically. I'm sure someone will post their thoughts... m
