No every cut was was actually dead on lol. I think I made the mistake of putting in and screwing the Dow rod bracing which pulled that side in a little plus if u look in that pic., I had a clamp on where it was bowing so I think that played a big roll in the whole bowing factor b

Yeah I noticed that too, I think it is just the camera playing tricks. As far as Home Depot's cuts it just depends on who is working at your local store. Some are great and some just don't care. The side in that pics are actually bowing in. That's not the camera playing tricks lol. It was so bad I couldn't get the side panel in. But that was last night. I got up this morning and managed to get the side panel in. Just gotta cut the holes out for the subs and she's ready to go.

well yesterday, i was getting ready to drop off my designs and a sheet of birch wood to the local audio shop (does great custom work) and recieved a call from my dad asking if i was doing anything tonight. long story short, he said he would help build the box with me to save me money and time. so i said what the hell, might as well lol. here are a few pics and a short vid. of what it looks like so far. P.S. thanks again allen for the awesome design! and also a big thanks to derek at lowes for making all the cuts for me and saving me 2hrs!

i was there in '10 best trip ever lol. awesome views and totally relaxation haha. i remember my van ride from the airport to the resort. he had 2 no name brand subs in the back with a little shitty no name amp under the seat lol better than nothing i suppose! x2 on where u stayed. i stayed at a resort in punt cana

the one closest to the carmera had the cracked basket. but it is fully repaired. I agree. I am myself a victim of problems linked to terminal boxes. im not using the terminals. i have the wires going out the port.

im going to pull the subs out tomorrow morning before work and re wire both ubs to make sure there isnt a lose connection somewhere.

Agreed an aq2200 at .5 is going to need a lot of power. i have a 250amp alt., a optima red top, big 3 and all 0 gauge wiring.

well i noticed today that my subs were sounding a little different. so when i pulled over and looked, one sub was out of phase and was flexxing ALOT more than the other. both subs are wired together at .5ohm to my aq2200..... what could be the problem???

orion calls for .75 cubes ported.. by the looks of that box, that about right......

this find+my aq3500 for $150= a bunch of handicap kids selling lolz.

1-2 more zcon 15's, mass more batteries and about another 3k, and ull be in the 50's lol im shooting for 145-147 with these 12's.....

u must have missed the part where i may have had to trade the aq back for the massive 3k... but its all been resolved. im keeping the aq. also im trying to get my old aq3500.1 back and run it at .5ohm. if i canm im gonne keep my eyes open for a second aq2200 and link them.

please disregaurd this post. i am doing 2 aq2200's. sorry. my buddy with my massive 3k did say his orion hcca 10's didnt sound right and now i know why. he bought them from a guy who had them (so he said) running 2 ohm to his 2 ohm stable orion amp. well he came over and we pulled the subs. come to find out, they are wired at .5ohm and trying to run them on the massive 3k@2ohm... lol i rewired them to 2 ohm and everything sounded great. so he said he is keeping the massive and everything good to go.

im thinking he messed up the wiring and they out of phase or something. we will see here shrotly though. and i dont have the cash for a NS-1 lol wish i did haha.

right now i do yes. but i may be trading it back to my close friend becasue he said it doesnt sound right on his hccas. he is coming over shortly and im gonna redo all his sub wiring to see if i can get it right. if i can, hes keeping the massive but if not, im just gonna trade him back. if it were some random guy off c.a.c.o, id tell him to go fly a kite but since its my close friend, i dont wana do him wrong. it sounded fine on my zcons so im guessing its just his wiring.... hopefully
