Like the title says, im looking at a AQ3500. im not sure if its the old one or the new one so i have a few questions i would like to ask..... 1. how can u tell the difference between the new and old one? 2. how much do they go for in good condition and 3. is there naything specific i need to be looking for when im looking at the amp??? I looked on **** and seen them going for 550-600 shipped and i have the chance to get one for...... well id rather not say until its a done deal. let just say its a GOOD deal haha. That is plenty of power for the zcon. Those amps are great amps also imo. Should be a great combo for you. well that didnt work lol would i be ok to run like 2 1000 watt or 1200 watt amps? 1 amp per coil??? As long as they were gain matched / strapped and putting out exact amount of power, YES. hmmm.

Well long story short, I was curious what I could get on my local Craigslist. So I posed them 300 a piece or 550 for both. I have 2 seperate buyers for 300 for one in a box and 275 for just single sub. I Only have 350 in them so I'm going to sell BC of so much of a profit. Iv been looking into the zcon series and they look pretty mean. Plus ill have a little cash left over to go twords my amp fund

You apparently did not try to make them sound good, because they can. L7's???? lol no sir they do not. thats the onl reason i got rid of mine.... it got damn loud and dirty low BUT the SQ was SHITTY big time. i have heard numerous l7 set-ups in many different vehicles and i have yet to hear on with good SQ. now the cvx, thats a different story. they have good sq and spl. They are the exact same motor... ya but the cvx is round..... do u see square sound waves??? the l7 is louder from more cone area IMO

im more of a musical, no burping here lol i like my lows to be LOWW haha. but who dont lol..... i was thinking 1 15. for those who wonder about the solo x's, send me a pm and i shall explain

the l7's do get pretty loud, BUT they have no sq what so ewver. i had 1 2011 L7 15 branf new in a 4 CF ported box and on a kicker zx1500 and it got DAMN loud but no sq at all. if u have the money, id go with some solo x's. i have 2 of them now and they are REALLY pucking loud

there car is massss more f'd than urs haha. i have a '95 ranger on 35's so its a fairly big one and i rear ended a kia doing 35. my truck dont look any different after one night of fixing the grille and bumber after the accident. her kia was totaled. thats the BIG difference in american cars, and imported cars. ford FTMFW

i had the same problem awhile back. i swapped out the rca's ad they problem was solved......

1 1501d does like 1500 on 14V. i have a 260amp alt. and getting 2 deka batteries so i should get 1500 per sub... hopefully

you have a point sir. i was highly considering the hifonics brz2400 untill i can save up for a saz 3000. i can get the hifonics for 309 shipped with a warrenty. and it does rated power.

there dual 1 ohm subs so they can run at either a final load of 1 ohm or 4 ohm. iv never linked amps before so i have no idea how it all works

like my title says, im wondering if the mtx elite 1501d amp is linkable with a second 1501d elite? i did google it but came up with nothing so i was hoping someone on here might be able to help me out. i still have the 1501d amp i blew and mtx said they will put a new bored in it for $95+shipping. i would like to do that, then just get a second one in the future to push my 2 solo x 10's. let me know fellas!

thanks dude. i appreciate it. we got her a home test finally and no shes not pregnant. i learned a valuable lesson. the ONLY reason i posted that personal problem on the internet is because i didnt want to start asking my buddies about the situation and everybody knowing. especially my family. so i pretty much had no where else to turn for some help without everyoen finding out because this forum......

SHES NOT PREGNANT!!! What a relief. that was a close call. and i learned a important lesson....

personally, i have never had either sub (fi ssd, or sa) but from the reviews i have read, and videos i have seen, the sa 12 is one bad ass sub. i want to do a wall in my truck with 2 sa 15's in the future. the sa subs can take one hell of a beating without blowing... as for the fi, im not sure. Fi is a very well known and respected brand. i had a fi btl 18 and it was AMAZING! but like i said, iv never had a ssd :/ Hope this helps a bit. im sure whichever sub you choose, u will be happy. both are great subs
