but if i screw down and glue the port, how do adjust it?

well my solo x's will be here monday, so id like to get started on box plans. my max dimensions are 50"wide,21"tall, and 15deep which if used all that with no port is 7.388 now i know once i add port, and displacment of the sub, it will go down. id like to get atleast 3.0cf for each sub.the more the better lol as for tuning, im not so sure. i like lows so i was thinking around 32Hz?? if anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know.im building 2 seperate boxes so when i sell them, they will be much easier to sell. the recommended ported box for 1 10 is 2.25-6.0cf. as for an amp, i am saving for a audiopipe 3000d (315 shipped w.warrenty) or if i can find a better amp used for around $350 ill buy that. i know that there are a few good deals going on right now with some amps on here but like i said, im saving and wont be able to purchase until at the earliest next month. let me know what you guys think!

Yea didnt you just spend 300 on a pair of solo x's? what do u think a good choice amp wise would be? if im doing one amp, id like to keep it right at or below 500.. and i dont mind used Easy decision in my opinion dang. wish i had the cash. thats a good deal. once i get my x's paid off, then ill start saving for a amp.

some people say the x's are 1500 rms and some say 2500rms. and im using the money from my mtx 1501d amp to get a 220 amp alternator.

Thats a lot of dough for some amps man, if i were you id think about getting one badass amp that will do 1ohm all day for half that price, but same brand is always nice, id like to see some vids once its all hooked up and running, should get pretty damn loud in there ya i see what ur saying. i seen a vid. on youtube of 2 12" solo x's on 1 audiopipe 3000 (389.95) and they were moving pretty good for a cheap amp. i just wanted everyhting kicker on this one. but now im highly considering just doing 1 big amp

Don't beleive that's gonna happen. Check this for options on your wiring. Your gonna need and amp to run 1ohm for both. see thats all i was looking for.. a answer. Thanks for the help
