- Design for a box
Really? Could I pm one of them to see if they could helo me out. Have you had one built. The people who did the install I was talking about will prob be way overpriced since they got come recognition. Thanks again for the help. Also would you spring for the zapco rf 350? Or the more powerful but less sick us amps extirminator 2 channel? The us amps is a little cheaper and more powerful. The zapco is a sick amp tho.- Design for a box
Thanks for the advice bro. I am not going to attempt to build the box as my math skills are a bit rusty (I was a communications major ) lol. I did however talk to a few local shops and they told me the shop that did Manny Ramirez's cars does amazing work. I live across the common from Manny so I see his cars alot. They are all crazy. I cant imagine him having anyone but the best doing his stuff. So I am going to look into this shop for the install.- Design for a box
I drew this up quickly on my comp. I want to mount the rl-p flush with the amps resting on the connected rack on the front. I hope to make it as small as I can with ample space for the rlp. It will be sealed. I want to have it rugged to match my interior. I also want to aviod drilling holes in my trunk so it will need to be attached to a piece of rugged plywood cut to the shape of the trunk. Thanks for the help neon. I was using imageahck before. It sucked lol Thanks for the help neon. I was using image shack.- Design for a box
Trying to post a design I drew up. Dont worry it is not stick figures. I want to get your opinions on this box and amp rack. If anyone could allow me to send it to them through email and then post it I would appreciate it. I tried to use the "image" option and it did not work.- Crossfire

We just want to make sure you spend your money wisely, too many arseholes recommending crap in this industry and unlike other sites you get it pretty point blank here. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I appreciate it. You guys have helped me alot. Most the other sites call you annoying when you ask about things. Sound domain is ok but kinda a hit or miss thing. This site is awesome.- Crossfire

So a better idea would be the us amps rpl package The zapco or us amps 2 channel for the front stage the cdt hd golds Pioneer or alpine head big three upgrade if needed over the cap.... Any suggestions on good amp kits?- Crossfire

I just bought a 2006 wrx sti. Thanks for the heads up on the head unit. I figured out the pm feature lol- Crossfire
I am not dead set on the zapco. I sent him a pm about the furst deal so I will ask him when he replys. How do you check your personal messages. Sorry I suck at computers. I do however want us amps or zapco as my amps. So either would be fine for me. I wanted a solid system. Thanks guys- Crossfire
Really? Do I have to drill holes for the big3. My car is brand new and that is something I would like to aviod. The research I did stated caps where a good remidy for light dimming. I do not think it will be a huge problem as I will be running about 1300 watts for the most part. I am not an expert though so please elaborate on my options. I am looking at the alpine dva9861. I was looking into eclispe but do not know much about them. I also like the jvc kdavx2.. The jvc isnt one of the big three(alpine, pioneer and eclipse) that everyone swears by, but I like the features and small screen. I wanted to do a screen but do not have the 1300 bucks right now. I want to spend 500 - 600. You really think the rears are not needed? Should I just run the stock ones with the head instead?- Hey guys need some opinions
It was down to the tc and the rlp. I was leaning tc until I saw that deal with the us amps and the 15 inch rlp.... DAMN SEXY DEAL. rlp 15 it is!!!! Thanks for all the help guys. Really appreciate it! Check out my complete system in the other thread and lemme know what ya think- Crossfire
Holy chit. This deal will allow me to get the zapco 2 channel I want!!!!!! How does this sound fellas? Alpine or pioneer head unit (one of the two undecided) components and coaxils cdt hd 62 high def components cdt 6 1/2 coaxils for the rear amps and woofer us amps + rpr-l 15" package deal zapco ref 350 2 channel cap to keep the light dim in check (good deal on this cap) earthquake 1.5 fared digi cap.... I had a budget of 2300 bucks. I feel with this setup I am getting a pretty kick ass system while shopping smart and not getting overcharged. I like jl just as much as the next guy but shops are two damn expensive! I also tried to get all my products authorized or through a very reputible retailer (woofers etc) I can say 99 percent of the system is authorized and warrentied besides the zapco and cap. I plan to get the 2 year warrenty through woofersetc on these items. Now on the the install. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks for all the help!- Crossfire
X2 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hey guys. Where is the thread with the deal in that section??? I cannot seem to find it. Also is there any reputable online dealers for usamps. No shops in my area carry it. Thanks again. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Holy crap..... These deals are factory authorized??? #7 is perfect!- Crossfire

Thanks alot guys appreciate the feedback!- Crossfire repost in the correct section
Whoops posted this in the subwoofer section by accident! Anyway help me out!!!!!! Crossfire vr 1000d???? Heard good things about it. Do not have any dealers near me to check one out. What do you guys think of this amp. I also have heard some good things about the nine 1. How are these two amps. I am looking for something to power either a tc2000, rl-p or oz matrix elite single sealed 15. I have heard these where both all around solid amps. I do not buy from shady internet sites so any suggestions please have them be authorized or through woofers etc. Thanks for the help guys! ps: I plan to upgrade amps later on. I want solid all around amps. Something the high end guys can say is a respectable amp. But nothing cheap. Not into the hifonics or any of that. I know you get what you pay for. But some brands are horribly overpriced, I want some solid stuff. I heard these two amps where solid mono choices.- Hey guys need some opinions
Well the setup will be going into the back of a 2006 wrx sti. I think I will go sealed as I want the setup to be as small as possible. I want it to be loud but do not need it ultra loud. I am more into sound q with a deep punch. I like that rlp. Is it alot less impressive in a sealed box than the tc? Or is it a small difference? Sorry for all the questions I have no way to listen to either woofer. Thank again for the help I appreciate it- Crossfire

Thats the thing. the budget is worked out to accomidate any of the three mentioned subs. The cheapest being the rpl at 300 with shipping the tc and oz being at about 350 with shipping. I love the black of the rpl. Like the design of the tc. Love the oz name. I just cannot decide!!! If I go with the rpl I will have a little extra cash to toss into some back lighting or something. Can all the people who gave me some help post a vote? I need a tie breaker it is a dead heat lol. Thanks. - Crossfire
