Too bad. Vatican is my favorite part of Rome. Amazing history, art, and artifacts. At least do the museums. You can spend days there.

No way. Unless they are seving $500 entries. Typical net profit in food service is 10-12%If that is your profit margin then you need to reconfigure your costs. J Percent net profit. Not points of margin. I have several family members in the business. I hate fuzzy math. Points of margin is an accurate indicator, not percent net profit. I have heard plenty on the argument of percent net profit. I have been to 20 groups, and have my parts ASE certs, where they choose to use fuzzy math as well. Sorry, but a 25% markup is 25% profit, not a 12.5% profit.

I use Plex. It works very well, but the initial set up is a PITA, it will take hours. I'm beginning to learn that. I got it setup and appeared to be working on the local network. Added a few songs to the library then they randomly disappeared. Tried enabling remote access via their "myplex" and now when I login to the interface it doesn't show the actual server anymore, just my plex account information. Ugh! I don't like that you have to have an account through plex.com and use them as a third party for connecting remote computers. It's annoying, but once it is set up it works extremely well.

Yeah...but it's either that or just not have a data plan. With needing 4 phones I really don't want to spend much more than $100 per phone or the cost of entry is just not something I'm willing to expend. I assume two are for kids/teens? If you don't have wifi at home 2 gigs per phone won't be enough. My sister averages 3 gigs on Facebook alone. And don't plan on streaming music like pandora on 2 gigs. My phone is grandfathered in for unlimited data and I average 50-60 gigs. This is maybe an hr a day web, 3 hrs a day streaming music, and one movie every 3 days or so. WTF do you do on your phone? I don't use 50gb of internet at home, no way no how. No shit. I can't believe these figures. I have used ~400mb on my phone this month, and that is a big month. At home, constantly streaming on ROKU, and computers running all the time I doubt we use 10gb.

Just switched back to DirecTV. Got the wireless mini Genies. Hoping this wasn't a mistake. DirecTV pissed me off 9 tears ago, but Dish Network has been having issues with my billing for months now. My card expired and I was on paperless billing with autopay. So my account goes past due and I was not aware until I got a nasty letter with a late fee. I called, paid, set up my new card and everything was fine... for 2 months. Another nasty letter, another phone call, another late fee, another time trying to set up my new card again because "they had no record of it". Last Monday was our 2 month run and guess what? If they are that inept, I cannot continue to do business with them. My savings is only ~$10 a month with Dish over DirecTV after our promotional price expires. But I am saving $20 a month for the first year, getting free NFL Sunday Ticket (essencially, at $240, it means I am gaining that extra $10 a month for 2 years), plus I got a referral discount of $10 for the first 10 months to add to the discount. So I have almost 5 years at the same price. However, if you consider I do not have DVR with Dish, the savings per month would be almost nil.

I just saw a commercial the other day for 4 lines with phones for $160/month or $120/month.Yeah, and it's a bunch of bullshit. The only way to get the plan for $160 per month is to pay full retail for the phone (ie $600 for a Samsung or $650 for an iPhone...each), bring your own smartphone (which I don't have) or "finance" the phone over 2yrs at $30 per month per phone (which is an extra $120 per month for 4 phones). They'll sell you the phone for cheaper (ie $100 for an IPhone), but then your monthly bill is $260 instead of $160 (plus all of their bullshit fees and taxes in either instance). AT&T? 4 lines for $160, great phones for under $100. Gonna snag and HTC One M8 this weekend.HTC One M8 is retail $640. So to get the plan for $160 I either have to pay $640 for that phone or pay $32 per month for the phone. For 4 lines that's an extra $128 per month. So I could pay $2560 up front and get four HTC one's and a monthly bill of $160 ($100 for 10gb shared data + $15 per lone access charge), pay a monthly bill of $268 (not $160) plus taxes/fees and nothing up front, or pay a monthly bill of $260 ($100 for 10gb shared data + 4 line access charge@ $40 per line) plus taxes/fees and $400 up front for 4 HTC One M8's. Like I said, those ads are bullshit lies unless you already own a smartphone, which I don't. Hell, I have never in my life paid for a phone. I always just went with whatever they were giving away free. Get a 2 year contract, 4 phones for $99 a pop, and $160 a month. Been with AT&T forever, and they have been great to me. Our plan comes to $183 a month, with all plan costs, fees, and taxes. Not sure how you come up with $400 a month. See my post above, read it in detail. Everything is there. The plan is only $160 a month if you pay full retail price for the phones, which are ALL $400 or more. If I want to only pay $100 per phone, then I have to pay $260 per month for my bill. If I don't want to pay full retail price per phone up front, then I have to pay $30 per month per phone in addition to my bill. I've been through this with every carrier. Either pay full retail for the phone or pay close to $300 for the plan including taxes/surcharges.It appears late last year and/or early this year they all went through and jacked their rates and fucked up their plans to make it confusing as hell. Basically, you can't get all of those great deals they advertise at the same time. You can only get the $160 plan if you pay full retail price (not the advertised $100 but full boat retail or $650 for an iPhone, etc), or pay $100 for the phone and have an outrageous monthly phone bill. I read it, I also got the same package for what I described in my post, less my phone. I got 3 new phones for the discounted rate.

Mescaline didn't do much for me. It clarified what I saw, but didn't do much else. It also had a nasty hangover. It wasn't worth the hangover, IMO.

The jitter is because of the strychnine. It keeps you awake, and is a key chemical in most blotters and cubes. Micro dots have no strychnine in it, you can sleep on dots. I love bomb, but it is a frame of mind drug, and I am not sure that I am in the right state of mind anymore, but DMT has my interest piqued. The girl who is hooking me up has a lot of baggage (her son ODed a year ago), but she is able to enjoy it, where bomb was negative for her a few months ago. Her description of it sound awesome. Her whole body disappeared and only her mind was left. Everything was like an Alex Grey painting, and she tried to smoke a bowl. She said her fingers were miles long, but not attached to her body. The bowl liquified and dripped into her mouth from miles away. She couldn't light it because the flame kept dancing into forever, but never to her bowl. The flame sang to her, and told her what the afterlife was. She said everything had so many dimensions that everything became beyond clear. Depths were deeper, widths were wider, heights were taller, and even solid objects displayed every atom they were constructed of. Sounds smelled and had flavors, Flavors smelled and were something she could see... all her senses were shared, and yet separate. She told me the colors and geometric shapes just kept exploding from nothing, and became everything, then stopped existing. It sounds reminiscent of the peyote I took in the desert, but instead of days it was just minutes. Sounds awesome.

Pretty intense, I would liken it to smoking and getting kinda couch locked, but with visions like high levels of shrooms. Mood really determines your trips (as with many hallucinogens) but more so on DMT. The visuals are really similar to acid (High def Life), it does feel more intense than Acid just due to the really quick onset. I've heard more like a 3 day peyote buzz crammed into 10 minutes. Anxious to try it, it has been 20 years since I have tripped. Looking forward to huge visuals with neutral external input. I want to trip, but basically ignore the outside concerns of real life. I used to be extremely open, and have dropped bomb hundreds of times without issue, but now real life has taken over and I am not sure I could deal with the mindfuck of LSD. My reason for not tripping is loss of control. Too much on my mind. I know I can hang with acid in the long run, but worried about initial mindfucking, as life is more real now. I understand that DMT doesn't give you time to set worry or concern into the trip, and while time carries on forever, it is not really long enough to lose it. I love visuals, so that will rock, it is just the mental shit that has me a bit iffy.

I love the Crager SS wheels. I had them on my GN for a while. But I kept breaking them. While the look is classic, the quality sucks balls. I had to go with Weld Drag Stars. None of the Weld Drag Star appeal to me. All are to modern looking. Any other suggestions Seth or anyone for that matter? Had the SS wheels on a Firebird... Only time one broke was from the tire guy NOT removing the center cap and blowing out the hub throwing it on the tire machine. Being as the early Stang isn't really build for mad power, I don't see ever having that kind of torque. The Cragers will be a great fit, then. I love the looks of the SS (still my favorite wheel), but with any real horsepower or heavy lateral loads they just have not proven to be a real sturdy wheel. I have had 5 different sets of SSs on 5 different cars of mine. My 442 and GN both broke them, though. They actually held up to a lot of abuse from my 76 Cutlass (350 Rocket, bored .090 over, stroked Crower... a strong build), but the GN and 442 just had too much power and grip.

I know Sean loves France, but I fuckin hate the country and the people. The galleries are awesome, the food is good, but nothing else is, IMO, worth a fuck. Rome is so much nicer. While it is totally commercialized, the reality kicks ass.

Rome was $200 / week / person. 4 people in the room, clean hotel, with breakfast. Damn. I usually get an apartment from Marco Umbaltini about a block from the Colosseum on Via LaBicana. I pay ~$1400 a week, nut it is 3 huge bedrooms with 3 baths. Nice joint, good people.

I will second that. I am job hunting for 40 hours right now. I will gladly take a pay cut to spend time with my son again. I'm all about work. I work 70-80 hours a week, but I expect solid compensation. Work is everything, it provides us with the tangibles that we need for every aspect of life... money drives those tangibles. It allows us the ability to enjoy more with our friends and family. Contrary to many opinions money does drive everything. But if the work, and the time away from the family are not compensated, it isn't worth it. A promotion should involve more pay. More time away from the family involves more pay, fuck the "benefits" and artificial compensation, it MUST be cash in hand. If not, then it isn't a promotion. I have turned down "promotions" that didn't involve pay increases worthy of the extra hassle. There is nothing that can compensate for time lost with my son. No amount of money will ever make it worthwhile. Wait until your son asks you to go to Italy and you can't afford it.

Interesting. My experience was quite the opposite. I switched back when it was Cingular. AT&Ts reception at my house is perfect, most other carriers you have to go outside. Even overseas I have no issues. I rarely have no service, and customer service has been exemplary. It is nice to speak with someone on the phone who speaks English as a first language.
