hey Nick do you know what the diameter is at the end of the magnet? I have a box that allows for just over 6 inches of mounting depth but the back of the box is a fiberglass cutout as i am trying to maximize mounting depth

i need the physical dimensions of the magnet, ie the diameter of the magnet at the end and the height between the end of the magnet and the widest point of the magnet.

ssd 10 dimensions
Hey guys before i get completely torn a new one the dimensions of this sub arent clearly listed on the website. I am working with very marginal clearance and i was hoping someone could help me out her. first off im looking to do 2 SSD10s under the back seat of my truck so space is tight to say the least. Does anyone have a picture of these or could help me with dimensions? Things that i know, the mounting depth is 6 inches. the only pictures that i saw had the mounting depth closer to 7 inches. When did they redesign this sub? secondly i know at the widest point the magnet is 7.5 inches in diameter. Can someone please help me with the dimensions of the magnet. The absolute last thing i want to do is order these and then not have them fit. I absolutely dont have the space right now to build another box for this thing. honestly anything helps guys.

Help with Amp....JL and weird impedances
well i am restricted by space so it needs to be a flat sub and the jl has the most output of the subs i have seen so far and only needing .8 cubes itll still give me decent bass if i had space i would go with a full size sub

Help with Amp....JL and weird impedances
Ok guys I recently upgraded cars and I am already desperate for some bass I am restricted by space since its a convertible but I found a solution that keeps me and the gf happy Space was a huge issue so I have decided on the most bass i could get out of flat sub....nothing like my btls I will be running a single JL 13TW5 but the problem is they have a single 3ohm coil......which is really frustrating that means i cant bridge a two channel and a monoblock will not be making optimum power so i want to feed this thing 500 to 600 watts but am having trouble finding an amp that will do it, where i dont feel that I know the jl 500/1 v2 will do it but 400 dollars for a 500 dollar seems rediculous but i will fork out the cash if thats the best option help me out guys, i just need some bass back

round port question
ok so i have built alot of enclosures in my day but it has been about 4 years or so I have a mx15 in my truck right now with a 6" round port and its tuned to 32 hz sounds great i am super happy with it ok now onto the project I am helping a friend design a box for his car and a wedge style box is optimal to save the limited space that he has I will be using a BL12 and we will be making a ported box for it but the standard slot port wont work well for his application so we are opting towards a round port now here is where the issue arises I am unsure what size port i should be running single 6" or single 4" or possibly something else the enclosure we r shooting for is a final volume of 2.4 cubes and a 32hz tune I have a hard time thinking he will need a 6" port since that is what my mx is running and that sub displaces a ton more air we r literally trying to make the box as small as possible without sacrificing sq any help is appreciated
