  1. We had sent out the kit via USPS over 3 weeks ago. Since it is sent priority we do not have any tracking info and I had just "assumed" that it had gotten there at that point as we usually have no issues to Canada via USPS. I will get another kit out to you today and give this one more try. I wish that UPS, FedEX, DHL... would have better rates/importation fees for Canada as it would simplify things greatly with a tracker. Thanks, Scott
  2. Give me a call... USPS doesnt seem like they are going to cover this one. I have two different reasons... but there was insurance on it anyway I will definitely take care of you on it... Thanks, Scott
  3. First thing is to check resistence on the coils with a multimeter... or if you dont have one you can use a 1.2 V (AAA, AA, C, D) battery to pop test the coils. You simply take two wires to the terminals and pop them on the battery to see if the sub makes noise/moves outwards. If you pay attention to polarity (+ and -) then it should move out for both coils. If it does, most likely it is either wire incorrectly to the amp (out of phase) or an amp or other issue. Keep me posted. Thanks, Scott
  4. It depends on MANY factors... How much space do you have to work with? Loudest depends on range, tuning, power and other factors. You will gain efficiency in a larger box than over small... this is great for lower power, but there is a point where the smaller box will handle more power (mechanically) and might take over in overall output as well since you can dump more into it. Too small of a port will result in compression and lack of the port coupling with the surrounding air (and noise). Let us know space wise what you have and we can try to optimize things for it. Thanks, Scott
  5. Yep we can... either blank XXX style or a Fi dome for dustcaps. Kit is $95 plus shipping. Thanks, Scott
  6. email sent Thanks, Scott

  9. We have single 4 coils for the Arsenals. While not a stocked prebuilt sub in single 4 as of yet... we are seeing how many dealers order first. Thanks, Scott
  10. Email sent. Thanks, Scott

  17. Plenty of naughty with reps with people and past companies. So no one is "official" outside of Nick, Shawn, and myself on the forums. But there are plenty of other friends that have been with us since day one that know about as much as us with Fi products and applications. We are definitely thankful for their presence here as well... be hard to do this forum without them. But no official Fi member badges to hand out... so when someone goes rogue and has 1465 pages of hate on a forum topic, we dont get the backlash Thanks and have a good weekend, Scott
  18. We normally machine the motors to a specific tolerence for each coil. As the coils do vary in OD, you cant stick a D2 High Xmax coil in the D1 gap. But with this option we machine things for the largest OD coil and this allows you to recone to any size without issue. On the ame note, a slight decrease in motor strength sometimes increases overall SPL with the BTLs for daily applications...less saddle shaped response curve. Thanks, Scott
  19. message sent. Thanks, Scott
  20. We do ship to Canada, but we dont have a shipping guide in place for it... we are working on getting it going for products to AK,HI, and Canada so you can simply order off the site and not have to deal with emails. In the meantime, as mentioned above, send us an email with what you are interested in ordering and your address and we can get you a quote and the balance of ordering info. Thanks, Scott
  21. Epic is Chads new company and is really starting to make some waves in the audio community. With some amazing products and stellar reviews, things are taking off fast for his new company. I have known and worked with Chad for a few years now and over that time have become good friends. AA was started with a focus in the DIY home audio community, but with the solid products and support that was quickly eclipsed by the sales to the car audio crowd. After a long run Chad had decided to bring his focus back to what he knows and loves best, home audio... and Epic was born. With that I had a phenominal opportunity to bring Ascendant into the Fi/FTIndustries fold and we changed the focus from the direct/net market to a dealer based one. At first it was a VERY gradual change and slow in getting things set up... but has been rapidly accelerating with dealers/distributors world wide and an ever growing dealer base in the US. Keep looking out for AA... we are stepping things up over the next couple of months... Thanks, Scott
  22. Got it and its recentered. Ill get you a shipped cost back to you later today via email. Thanks Scott
  23. Email sent... order went out via USPS priority. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Thanks, Scott
  24. Yep, they do... but as mentioned you have to do some silly stuff to them to get them to break. We are constantly tweaking things to ensure the best $$$ to performance ration we can. I definitley underrate everything to make sure that we dont have any issues... Welcome to the site Thanks, Scott
