  1. PM sent... thanks
  2. We are thinking of doing a BR version of the Qs and SSDs as well... a couple small tweaks including a 4th spider on them specific to ported bass race applications. We had one competitor using these mods and feeding his Qs 3000+W each for his bassrace runs with excellent results. Of course we wouldnt rate them as such. Usually 200-500W with the BP option... BR is simply a little more than that and a fair amount more mechanically. Thanks, Scott
  3. Split on that one... depending on power the standard 2 magnets with SPL option and pole chamfer work well. With more power 6kW+ per sub, the 3rd magnet, SPL, and pole chamfer do well. We have people with close to 20kW per sub with the 3rdmanget SPL versions doing great (taking dB Drag world finals in 3 different classes with them). Thanks, Scott
  4. Size reduction and a flatter in car response... but at the loss of a good portion of output near tuning. As mentioned above, its a relatively cheap thing to try and see if you like the sound, but be advised that if you are happy with the output now, it wont be there when you port things. Thanks, Scott
  5. Looks like it would be an extra $89 to ship it via the postal service priority shipping (6-10 business days). This is hwo we have shipped to Romania in the past and it has worked well. Thanks, Scott
  6. A pair of D1s for the 1500, or a D2 Q for each 1000. Like Brian mentioned, 6cuft is more than enough for a solid ported setup. Are you going for a loud daily driver, SQ oriented, mix of things??? 4.4 cuft tuned to 30Hz for the pair is a solid low tuned setup. Bumping things up to 33Hz increases the output in that area a little and is a great all around setup. Slot or aero ports would work great. We recommend 12-16 sqin of port per cuft of enclosure for standard slot ports. Aeros dont require as much port... (1)4" per sub is on the small side and Id look to (3) of them for a common chamber enclosure for the pair of subs. (3) 4" ports at 18" long tune you to 33Hz in 4.4 after displacement Thanks, Scott

    message sent. Thanks, Scott
  8. Ill check emails and see if I can find that one... if I can, Ill gladly send it out for free. Thanks, Scott
  9. We have about 22 12s left as of last count I remember.
  10. Older XXX were solid subs. Always can recone those things if needed too. Decently sought after motors at this point.
  11. No it did not include the basket gasket or terminals. If you sent it in we could spec the sub for you as well. This would give you full TS params and let you know what enclosures would work well with it. But, from doing some basic FEA based off of what I "think" the motor has in it, Id say that the qts would be a little bit too low for a IB sub. I prefer qts in the .6 or slightly higher range for most applications. Thanks, Scott
  12. If it is going to see music in a daily or any sort of crossover application (that isnt SPL only) then get the daily version. The SPL is for SPL only burp applications. We recommend 12-16 sqin of port per cuft of enclosure space. Thanks, Scott
  13. Yes, regular leads on this one. Cooling is a function of the motor (which doesnt change) and they did have the flatwind in it.
  14. Its on its way... Im hoping it gets to you before Friday... Not sure how things are going given the holidays and shipping delays. Looking like his package took 8 or 9 business days. Im hoping things get pushed through faster. Ill call for yours this morning to see if it has cleared customs yet as well. Only issue with Postal Service is the lack of a tracker... although the savings in brokerage and taxes makes up for it. Thanks, Scott
  15. Excellent... I wasnt sure how the holidays were going to play out, but considering it had cleared customs it usually only takes another day or two once in the hands of the Canadian postal service... Let me know how the other kit works for the MT as well... Thanks, Scott
  16. $58 plus shipping for the kit. Let me know the zip and Ill get that quoted out as well. Thanks, Scott
  17. Post up the dims you have to work with and we can come up with something. Then again BKOLFO4 seems to know the dims Design looks solid and he definitely knows a thing or two;)
  18. Problem is the cooling. It truly isnt a DD sub for cheap. Cooling is a bust on that motor. We can get it to handle plenty of power through soft parts for SPL, but cooling for daily is another story.
  19. OK... cant seem to find it in my cursory reading of the post, but is the current box sealed? You can do 2.8 cuft after port and driver for ported tuned to 33Hz for the pair of them (just had a dealer do it and absolutely loved the setup). Nice and tight, flat response, from a rather small package. Or sealed, I would lean towards the smaller side with 2.2 cuft before driver displacement. You can always add a littel polyfill if you feel the Qtc needs to go down more... although its already low. Between the two Im now interested in trying the smaller ported setup (one of my employees said he will gladly swap out to test it). Given how happy the dealer and customer were with it... sounds like a solid small setup. Thanks, Scott
  20. Apparently they are way ahead of me... already cleaned up and coil in when I found it this morning. Should be finished tomorrow and Ill get a UPS label going. Ill forward you the tracker when it goes out. Pol said he will find the soft parts for me to look at so I can figure what had happened. Im sure Ill contact you from there to see how things are set up too. Thanks, Scott
  21. Sure... send it to sales@ ... I have a late email night tonight to try and clear up the balance from the last couple of days. Thanks, Scott
  22. It had cleared customs 2 days ago. Now in the hands of the Canadian Postal Service. Hopefully itll get there in a day or two.
  23. Need to send you an email about this one... received the box the other day, with nothing but 2 pieces of foam in it. I put in a claim through the postal service for it and they have a description and are trying to track it down. Apparently the top and bottom of the box were taped with that reinforced tape, but the motor flew out the side of the box. I know you have insurance on it and I need to get all your info together for them. Bad times with this one... sorry Ill keep you posted.
  24. Im sure you could. Terminals with screws on the side??? Like RE style?
