Microsoft Anti-Spyware is really the only one you need, but I usually recommend weekly/monthly scans with Adaware to pick up the few things MAS misses ... Microsoft Anti-Spyware will actually prevent you from getting spyware in the first place, unlike the others ... Also catches and prevents you from getting Trojans and a few other viruses, too ...

Got my new graphics card today ... Gigabyte GeForce 6600GT (GA-N66T128VP) ... The thing is practically one big copper block with a PCB board wedged in the middle 1200 MHz 128-bit memory ... 1200*128/8000 = 19.2 GB/s transfer rate ... Yays I'm happy
