  1. Yet you forgot to tack on an extra 8-16 hours for the damplifier so another 600-1200dollars just in labor for sound deadening? i think around $1500 will be enough for installation..plus any place that charges $1200 for sound deadening install needs to be shot..
  2. id go with 2-15'' icons-$538 1-kicker zx1500.1-$350 2 sets for front and back-JL AUDIO XR650-CXI $330 1- 4 channel kicker 650.4 $200 Alpine CDA-9885 head unit $200 yellow top battery under the hood $175 160sq ft of damplifier $376 $2169

  16. i cant really comment on cadence speakers but ones that i do like are jl audio and boston accoustics they both make great speakers..here check out this site to get an idea of the different kinds of speakers out there, keep in mind you can get most of them from ebay much cheaper..so if you see something you like dont be deterred from it because of the price http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm
  17. you know whats funny is that in those vids the subs are only getting about what 600 watts? imagine when they are fully powered with about 1000-1200 watts each

thats a sexy sub, does anyone in what category this goes in? spl or LSQ?
  23. ya lets says the sub you have is 500 watts and its a 4 ohm sub and the amp you have is a 1000 watt amp that puts that power out at 4ohms you can wire them together BUT you need to adjust your gains so that amp does not blow your sub OR you can get another sub thats dual 4 ohm wire them together and you get a 4 ohm load and then you can use that amp to put on those subs and run 500 to each
  24. yes the amount of watts the amp puts out and the amount the sub can take have nothing to do with compability its the ohms..once you find a sub and amp that will run fine together then you have to set the settings accordingly so you dont blow your subs..because if a sub is 500 watts rms and the amp puts out 1000 watts there a good chance you will blow it..
