would you be interested in selling them?
  12. anyone???? if not could someone direct me to a site or someone that could?
  13. in theory if you doubled power and cone area you should see a 3db gain combined. you might only see 1-2 dbs or you could see 3-4dbs depending on the box, car, electrical, ect. there are many variables that could change this.
  14. if you only have 10 cubes to work with dont go ported go sealed.
  15. well like you said there are many variables when metering and i dont know how you metered the first time but if your using the new termlab meters there is no way your be able to hit a 150 if the meter is on the window with just 1 fifteen. however if your using a different meter or different meter placement you might be able to hit this but if its metered the same as before there is no way a change in box is gonna get you a 8db gain. if you want to get it louder i would decrease the box size down to 3 cubes for better power handling and raise the tunning a bit ( around 35hz or a lil higher depending on the music you listen too) and depending on how much port area you have now maybe make that a little smaller also to increase power handling slightly. i would also recomend putting more power behind it. if your just burping it the sub should be able to handle a little more power with no problem.
  16. ya ive kinda been keeping those at the back of my mind. ive heard those things get lower than the bls but not quite as loud. i guess what im trying to figure out is i know these speakers get reall loud when they are maxing out so im just trying to figure whats gonna get loudest for the power. and in case it matters its gonna be for daily driving tunned to 29-30hz most likely in a fourth order bandpass.
  17. either set up is going to be getting about 4400 rms
  18. its kinda hard to compare these 2 choices thes subs are in different classes. I could maybe see if you were comparing the bl or q but this basically just comes down to weahter you want to blow your brains out or just be really loud and sound better doing it. i would personally go the BTL's but im an spl freak.
  19. 4 sealed should be louder that 2 ported. if your not going to be able to get close to 800 rms to each one i would only run 4 not six.
