  2. Lol no way I'd pay to ship these subs all the way across north america and back..... And it could have been an adhesion promoter. I stand my ground, but that's why I asked so don't hate.
  3. Ok so it is an activator. Just trying to figure out what it was.. Unmarked bottles ftw..
  4. I'm guessing its like a cleaner.. Use it on the basket and then let it dry before applying glue? And its not to be used on the surround or spider or cap?
  5. Mmmm.... Adhesion promoter?
  6. I ordered the glue from Fi with my recone kits and it arrived with some sort of activator. Any ideas on how to use this in the recone method? Thanks

It's the glue from FI car audio. Yeah its weird I have a 3 oz glue and this little spray bottle. I don't see how I could activate the glue really. Anyone bought the glue from FI before?

Just got my recone kits for my two old Beyond Audio X-ones. I got the glue with them as well, and was wondering how the clear liquid in the spray bottle, likely hardener, is used during the recone process? Anyone can shed some light on this? I tried to search to no avail. Thanks
