Friend wants to know and idk the answer lol. He wants a kinetik battery and found one on craigslist. Kinetik 2000 for $130. We are debating whether he should buy it or not. I guess the thing to check is it's voltage? Have you guys experienced buying used batteries?

Popo isn't negative in my opinion just funny lol. They sent me pics of the guys that stole my car. Never seen them before. But joking with friends we say popo but being serious i say police officer or in this case sheriff.

As some of you know, about 3-4 months ago my 03 Nissan maxima was stolen.. But the popo found it, today! I got a call from the sheriffs office saying they found my lost vehicle. I went to see and yes it was mine but it was totally different. It wasn't black anymore it was gray and no blacked out lights it was the stock yellow red white looking taillights, stock exhaust And there wasn't rims on it. But they knew it was mine because it was driving around with the kicker and K&n sticker I had on it previously. And same headunit You'd think they'd take it off lol. Hopefully justice is served, I'm just glad to have my car back. But the vehicle is going to be in my possession sometime next week. And hopefully I can use it to drive to school because my ford ranger gets like 12 miles per gallon. But yes this is great news!!

I'm quite sure it's the correct cable since the cable we replaced looks just like it. Do you think ford has these cables in stock maybe a ford cable would be better than the alternatives

So we installed the new transshift cable and the truck finally was able to get into park! But few seconds later, my dad managed to break the cable again? Why does this keep happening? All he did was change gears and from there he could tell the cable was broken. We took a look and indeed it was.. Could this be because of cheap manufacturing? Is the cable poorly built? User error? Why for the second time did the cable break when changing gears? Very frustrating really.. Especially since we had the truck in park.

We returned it and we are getting a new one shipped to the store sometime next week. Hopefully putting in the new cable will make the difference, if not, I'm going to be really sad lol.

Agreed, people shouldn't really judge a person based on others but in this case it's for his product and of course customer service, if there's enough people tellin me this ones a no-go I wouldn't want to take the risk.

I sort of save money because my friend works at the audio store and he gives me great deals all the time but I did think about doing it myself i spent an entire night watching videos on YouTube, idk we'll see how this works out if I get a good deal or not. Most likely I'd purchase the sa15s here on ssa and the rest on And the custom door work at my local store alarms etc. Hopefully I'll have enough money before school starts because it's going to be a pain trying to do this and focus on school at the same time. Sorry I'm only interested in 15" subs at the moment. And another thing one of my tires blew, I somehow managed to run over a nail on the road that tire will cost me right around $260 and this time I must buy a spare along with the rim which is another $150 lol. thanks for the help guys. If I were in your shoes, I'd wait til I had enough cash to go a different route. Or buy used. I've bought a used fi bl and loved it, also bought a pair of used xcons and love them too, no issues. Makes sense, ..idk what to say lol. I like the sa15s simply because I like sundown and I am looking for 600-800watt subs. The price on them would make me spend all my money an although I love car audio, my life doesn't revolve around it. Its a hobby and pretty much everything else over hobby. If I could I would try to save money while being efficient. If skar auio has great reviews and it's cheap I might go for them, depends on what my other friends will say I agree 100% on what everyone is saying bit I've realized money is tight...

So I'm at the ssa store and I noticed the skar audio vvx 15" it's fairly priced and was wondering if it's worth it? I kinda believe you get what you paid for but this seems legit. I've never personally heard skar audio but they have good reviews and it looks like a nice sub. I can get two of them for almost the price of one sa15 l. Um, would you buy them?

Never heard AA personally but I'd take your word for it lol. Well the fi number I have was given to me by someone on the smd forum. Still didn't buy my stuff, according to my calculations I'm short a couple of dollars so I'll wait till I get paid next week. I went with damplifier for sound deadening, rf components because I didn't really get the reviews I wanted for the infinitys. Sa15s still and the sundown 100.2. Hopefully noone buys the 100.2 lol. But I really appreciate everyones inputs, I never wouldve thought of 100.2 and 6.5s. I was thinkin 200.4 and two sets of 6x9s lol.
