that was a thought but wasnt sure how they would run at .5 ohms each daily also considered 4 of the saz1500 ran to 2 subs wired at 4ohms to the subs so each amp would see 1 ohm each through a maxlink can someone get me a price on the sundownz and also what would be the best combo with there amps for my set up. 5-6k RMS at one ohm and $2000 or less this will be for street beat in usaci will be runnin 2 15's in a wall on a 12volt system

this is the kind of input I was hopeing for. I have a autherized dealer near me and can get one for 1500. Is this a fair price?

well I have 1 BTL 18 on a exile 2400.1 and my front stage is 2 sets of polk Db 6.5 comp. with around 70watts to each. It isn't quite loud enuf the sub still over powers them some times. So hope it helps give you an idea.

I heard one in a shop along with a pioneer shallow sub and thought that the exile sounded better. jmo

& at the same time, the DD woofers can handle much more power & have potential to be much louder. So you're completely right, appled & oranges. allright then thanks. that's kind of the answer I was looking for. So I gather that the DD's have a horrid SQ but just get loud and I'm sure that the install makes all the differance in the way a sub sounds

I was thinking the 1 large sub also and the box will be getting changed. I am happy with the BTL but would like to get the fully loaded version as opposed to what I have. Imean if I'm going to buy a new sub it should be a infomed choice. That is why I am looking at the DP21 (hopefully get the specs soon) and I can get the mojo's for less than 600 new that is why I looked at those. thanks for the opinions keep them comeing. It looks like it'll end up being the fully loaded BTL or the DP21. now I'm not good with understanding all the specs so when they get them for the DP21 will someone please do a compairison with the BTL and get me a opinion.
