The STM motor is silent Sean. I mean SILENT.NO NOISE. It makes the USM on the 50 sound like a jet enjine. For video it can't be beat despite the high F. I will see if I can scratch up some video for you. And my concern is that next year Canon updates the now 7 yr old 17-55 with an STMIn which your only real concern is that the USM will drop in price.

I bought the $200 works suit from Jos.ABanks and got it professionally tailored and it works great for the interview. The pants don't feel as nice as my $150 pair but I rarely have to wear a jacket so I wear those generally.

And a million other reasons. I wouldn't mind a superduty, but I don't wanna put one in my vehicle. You couldn't even get me to buy a super duty with a diesel. I'm happy with the one I got for work with the 5.4L gas. UNLESS one is towing a trailer as a daily occurrence, you won't find me every buying one. Da fuq?

Seems rediculous to me with no modification to the photo. The guy had professional photos of himself and he was only opening the web version in order to preserve the other. I asked what happens when you make a copy? I could see some 1/0s getting scrambled in a copy, but unless its visible then I don't think it would ever be visible.

So someone gave me some BS that a digital picture degrades overtime based on the amount of times you open it.... Anyone heard of this.... Ever?

Working on our new media center. The wife picked out the design and I am "hiding" a MAW-10 (rear firing) and a set of ZA5's (L and R). It won't be perfect installation acoustically but should work out pretty well

J, Just for perspective, on my house if I was to sell for the same price in 3 years it would be like renting a place for ~$800/month. My place would be a steal for that price but that is still -$800 a month with out the ability to move on after a year. Its not until after 5 years that your equity begins to catch up. Your first few years are high on interest and for my house the taxes and insurance are nearly half of the total monthly payment.
