If you are using the headphone output from the Droid, you will definitely need some kind of boost. when plugging my old Droid into my car I was always thankful that my H701/C701 had a lot of head room because I really needed it.

I know that there is a Galaxy Tab 2 that is available or coming out. If you have time Google is supposed to pair up with a manufacturer and release a Nexus 7" tablet with a Tegra 3 quad-core.

I bought some of that a long time ago and I'm still pissed that I lost it in one of my many moves over the last 2 years

I'm planting the seed more and more and I think she is good with it. I am working her into it slowly If she could see the girls that I see in the morning that lift weights she may change her mind real fast, but there aren't many ways for me to gingerly bring that up

We will be quitting grains because it forces us to eat something better for ourselves. Sean is right, after the first week it wasn't really a problem for me. Really, the more important part to me is her workout. I really need to get her something that she can do and stick to and she honestly leaves something that gives her no choice but to do it Why cut out the grains? One of the best things in life is real bread and all the anti-carb anti-grain propaganda I hold very little faith in. Just make them good grains. I'm not against it, and I freaking love bread and fresh tortillas, but cutting out grains and sugar in drinks (only fruit juices occasionally) is a very easy way to force my gf and I to attempt other foods. It kind of goes along the theory of your eat nothing twice diet. Because we can eat grains we are forced to develop tasty alternatives. Also, not all of us are blessed to have a Vitamix and a market that sells grain

Welcome to the IHoP
Hey guys, My girl is really looking for a new workout regimine. Her last one was 3 times a weak and she said she felt the beginning was geared more towards running and the end geared more towards body weight exercises (different instructor). She also said she saw more gains in the beginning, but we were also on a no bread diet at that time. Anyways, we are both kind of looking for something radical to change in our diet. I'm really wanting something that focuses on eating like a cave man basically (meat, veggies, fruit, nuts). It just seems to be coming up a lot lately in my life and seems easily healthy. Stefan - I read some of the Primal Bluprint stuff. I was wondering if the book and "21-day Transformation" were worth buying as a read and a guide to give us a good diet perspective and workout routine for her. By the way, my girl doesn't have access to a gym but does have access to dumb bells ranging from 3 to 35 pounds and a pool. Suggestions?

Not sure if it is a Verizon thing, but I can send a "text" to my email address by just typing it in instead of a number

Yes, its freaking gross. Its much nastier than anything I've had. You can get EAS Whey at Sams for a pretty good price.

Buy and re-list? or offer to pay them a listing fee and some change and chalk it up as a mistake.

Unless you do the opposite of distance, slow your cadence, and MASH. I don't know if it is because my seat is uncomfortable, but I have found it much easier to pedal in the 70's than in the 80's In the latter I always feel like I'm over spinning and can't put much power down (it also seems to make me shit a lot of weight to my ass). In the 70's I feel like I can lock in a speed and cruise and have the torque available to get up hills. I've always been told that 80's-90's is most efficient.

Yeah, my friend and I actually are just phasing into doing a lot more cardio because we want to do a really long ride in a couple weeks. I can live with it for now and can phase back into fat burning mode after this. This summer I should hopefully have a lot of time to focus on killing the belly fat.

Busted out a 28 miler today on the bike. My friend and I practiced drafting to get a good idea of how to follow each other and it was friggen amazing. I actually was in front for about 19 of the 28 but my bike is better and I was feeling good. I started getting wore out around the 20 mile mark so we switched out and I felt like Lance Armstrong for the rest of the ride. It was awesome. Going to stop by the bike store today to see about a new seat and likely a shorter and stem with more upward angle. I think the combination is exactly what I'll need and then I'll be much more comfortable using the drops and my ass will hurt less.

Cuft? Port freq and area? 0.635 Gross 2.5" x 5.5" long - 60Hz Cool. If you don't dig on the Sundowns I have some recommendations that'll fit in those enclosures then They might prefer slightly higher tuning, but that's pretty close. I don't have that much experience to tell if they are good or not so I'll probably stick with them. And not really into spending even more money. You don't understand... you don't have a choice.

Then you'd absolutely LOVE the new 3 series. I'm sure I would. I also would have probably bee happy with Rockford Fosgate amps, subs, and coaxils when I upgraded from my 6x9's, before SSA and Sundown and DLS, but I'm glad I skipped that step Then skip the Honda too Exactly my point

I've already had my eye swollen shut, my ear perpendicular to my head and the genitals swollen up. No plans to do it again. BTW I wanted to note that it is the skin that has it, not the edible fruit. I've eaten mangos before w/o a problem, but I did also eat the flesh off the skin with the mango that likely caused the issue.

Welcome to the IHoP
So a few days ago I got a rash on my lips and face that looks like poison ivy and I'm wondering how in the world I got it on my face. Fast forward to today and I'm chowing down on my last mango in the house and a light bulb goes off. Went and hit up wiki.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mango

I understand that exactly. And I will be looking for a car that is hell of a lot of fun to drive, but is also capable of being comfortable for long trips. If the best for my money ends up being a Honda Accord then that's what I would want to get. Honda Accords are NOT fun to drive, lol. Well considering I drive a 1995 Saturn. When my friend and I traded cars for a weekend (2005 Accord V6) I was quite happy
