  1. For you gun guys. I have a Ruger .260 with a Leupold scope. For hunting I usually shoot about 100 yds give or take. At some point I want to get better at rifle shooting. I used an air soft pistol and got a lot better at pistol shooting. I was thinking of using the same concept and getting a gun with really cheap ammo (like a 22). Also I am left eye dominate but shoot on my right side. Should I learn to switch over to my left side?
  2. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/52040-tips-for-building-a-wall/ I really have to try to not reply with a smart ass comment. Not to thread jack or anything but I was thinking about a front stage in my car. What should I do since i can't measure the door space?
  3. Turned down a free dinner tonight to work on HW....

  7. You could pick up a number of sleeker Android tablets for that price. I believe he needs a Win7 tablet though. Yep he does. Customer Needs Fail.... My bad.

  9. I see no big purpose in what you are doing, but the main thing is it seems you are having lot of fun kicking some ass. Congrats on the 1st place. I bet it's hella good for business... It would be funny to have customers come in and say, "Build me a box that will beat yours at the next comp." lol
  10. Only cause their british. Worst of all the nice ute choices BY FAR. Escalade? If they made an ss I am sure it would take the worst title back Last 'scalade I saw had a 6.0L and AWD. How much more SS do you need? A lot. If it can't keep up with the AMG, I'm not interested. The 6.0L is a dog in the trucks for what it is so I can't imagine it being better in the hood beast. I'm just saying that one of those are usually the requirement for SS in a GM vehicle. The Escalade has both therefore there is no SS to upgrade to.

  12. That HAS to be a necessity down there. Even if the compressor is located in a climate controlled room? Just curious, I know nothing about compressor systems besides hooking up a regulator and a hose and what the different types of compressors are. I guess I know nothing about it either (don't know what a dryer is lol) but we have a compressor capable of 120 PSI that runs compressed air all over our shop.

  14. It's one of those days where I keep trying to Capitalize Certain words for No Reason!
  15. Thanks, I appreciate it. Replied as well Really looking forward to cooking some chili in it this week. I feel like I should be able to get some real good "fond" out of it with the cast iron.
  16. Made it into a topic at the HAF http://www.homeaudioforum.net/topic/358-cast-iron/
  17. So my girl friends mom gave me a large cast iron skillet a small (egg sized) cast iron and 2 pots (2 and 4 quart maybe??) there not new some I'm assuming they are "seasoned" Anyways I'm looking to make good use of them. I was thinking of cooking a chili in one this week. What is cast iron best for and what is the proper way to take care of them?
  18. Speaking of Chevy POS.... http://bikeportland.org/2011/10/11/gm-ad-urges-college-students-to-stop-pedaling-start-driving-60399
  19. It looks like what I would expect from a 4 door Porsche. If it I was in the market for a 4 door car and that was in my price range the looks would not deter me form it.
  20. No wonder there military sucks, that looked like the skill and tact of a couple 5th graders.
  21. Definitely spent some time laughing my ass off.
  22. Somehow, when I woke up this morning my phone, dock, and charger ended up unplugged and nicely set onto my closed laptop. Absolutely no recollection of why this would happen...
  23. If you want to be good I think arc (stick) welding is the best way to start. It allows you to really understand how to move the puddle and control heat. After that the MIG is easy and then you could step up to TIG eventually if needed
  24. Just saying that if that is true and God wanted to punish him for it then he did; 56 is really early. No need to picket anything over it
  25. Probably answered but I'll throw in my 2 pennies. For Antivirus I would get AVG free. I've used it for years and have had no virus'. If you don't use Office stuff that often or if you want to try it out google docs is getting pretty good and its free.
