And since the H0P has knowledge of everything, does anyone know any nice pens I can get in blue ink the keeps in mind that I am left handed.- Welcome to the IHoP
Since we are on the discussion of optics I have a Ruger .260 I use for deer hunting that I want to put a new scope on. I currently have a 3x-10x Simmons . I highly doubt I would ever try to touch anything over 250 yds for now but up to 400 one day would be sweet.- Welcome to the IHoP
ohhhhh why oh why do I procrastinate....- Welcome to the IHoP
Though i could definitely settle with something like a 250.2 Sundown and it would be a lot cheaper and probably easier to fit everything.- Welcome to the IHoP
Just saw the sundown 200.4. I would love that thing in my vehicle. Talk about overhead.... Sundown amps for my dream 3-way Tweets - 125.2 Mids/Woofer - 200.4 Sub - 1000D Or some other amps that can provide that!- Welcome to the IHoP
And if I'm productive I get to spend Sunday re-organizing my music! whoop!- Welcome to the IHoP
Got to go be productive though. I only have one HW due Tuesday which is amazing, but I also have a test. It is only over vector notation, I spent 2 hours after class with some other students and the prof on Thurs going over problems, and will have another study session on Monday. So I should be good with minimal outside studying.- Welcome to the IHoP
Got up the morning to be productive. Then the elearning site for school was down so my productivity ceased- Welcome to the IHoP
I would let them know. While I understand the feeling of owing them more of your time, technically you don't. This may not read well, but you were doing a job and you were getting paid (less than the others if I remember correctly) to do this job. Even though you were getting educated in that field, Its not like the Naval Academy where they are paying for education in return for service afterwards because you were actually performing a job for the company. Not sure if that makes sense.... At the very least, having your options open is number 1. its always fun to have options, even if you ultimately decide to stay on the current track.- Welcome to the IHoP
Just so you guys know, Chocolate Milk = super easy, super cheap, after workout drink- Welcome to the IHoP
What size tyres? axle gearing? Manual or auto transmission? Alot of ppl would give their left nutt for a turbo diesel here in the states. Is this going to help your color selection?- Welcome to the IHoP

http://www.amazon.com/Mr-Coffee-IDS55-4-Grinder-White/dp/B00005OTXN/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1296249387&sr=8-1 I got this one at Target (only $15 at target) and I put my stuff in there, grind, and shake it around and nothing ever spills. A lot of powder sticks to the top but I just turn the lid back and forth real quick and most of it falls into the basin. When I'm done I run some water in the lid and in the base, wipe it out, turn it upside down and done.- Welcome to the IHoP
Damn, wonder what could have happened? I'm in contact with them right now trying to get it figured out....- Welcome to the IHoP
http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/46946-hissingpopping-noise-from-one-speaker/ Found out it is still a problem with my amp....- hissing/popping noise from one speaker
Definitely wasn't the HU because I unplugged the RCA's and it still did it. Finally got around to messing with it today and its definitely channel one. If you turn up the HU to a good volume the tweeter on channel 1 sounds terrible. So I switched the wiring for the tweeterss and the opposite tweet sounded bad. Went ahead and switched the RCA's for good measure but it still came from channel 1. Going to send DB-r an email tonight and sure I'll be sending it back in the AM.- Welcome to the IHoP
So I want to set up my "media PC" so that I can back up my laptop hard drive (by back up I mean make a complete image of the thing) over my wi-fi network. Should be easy right? Also would like to be able to plug in things like flash drives and easily back up their memory. Though that is hardly necessary now with the easy use of Dropbox. Remember, if anyone wants to get drop box let me know and I'll send you an invite k Thanks- Welcome to the IHoP
I'm a 2, 4,5. Current girlfriend is a 2- Welcome to the IHoP
I have this one. Think I paid $13 http://www.google.co...ed=0CEwQ8wIwBA# Yeah that looks to be a more competent design than mine without detachable vessel though how hard is cleanup? Cleanup isn't stellar, but I bought it something like 15 years ago for coffee so that wasn't an initial concern. I just wipe it out with a paper towel and then let it air out. Figure whatever is left is so diluted that it won't color what I use it for anyway. I have a Mr. Coffee one from Target and I just run water in it wipe it clean and turn them upside down.- Welcome to the IHoP
Cheap burr mill > cheap whirl blade? based on the two models I've had, they don't do much beyond basic cracking of spices; I want the ability to grind them into a powder form that I can dispense with a shaker cup to my understanding electric burr mill grinders operate in a similar fashion to a pepper grinder with a motor, which is perfect for my needs Cool, I grind some cumin and dried chili peppers, every so often, but I'm not sure how well the burr mill would handle dried chili peppers though...- Welcome to the IHoP
Cheap burr mill > cheap whirl blade for spices?- hissing/popping noise from one speaker
Going to try a couple things this evening. 1. Switch speaker wires for channel 1/2 and see if the problem switches tweets. If it contintues its obviously a problem with channel 1. If it doesn't then its a problem with the wire/tweeter. The wire is designed for underground use, each wire is individually coated then a "fiberglass" packing is woven within it and another tough plastic liner around it (Got it on the cheap from Dayton or Monoprice). I really doubt the wire is a problem unless it is at the connection points. I know that I have coated connections on the ends and that the amp side is fine. Would it be possible that I am having residual problems from when the amp was previously messing up and the tweeter is actually busted and is inducting it's own noise into the system? Unfortunately I do not have another amp to test this theory if this ends up being true. Thanks for the help, it helps to write this stuff out as I go along and to get input from others. It keeps my sanity and stops me from overlooking the obvious.- hissing/popping noise from one speaker
Unhooked the RCA's from the 4 channel and it continued. Didn't unhook them from the sub amp. Shouldn't make a difference but you never know. So it still has to do with something from the amp to tweet. I'll switch the wiring around for chan 1/2 but if I remember correctly I did that before and it did in fact switch which speaker made the popping leading me to believe it was from channel 1. - Welcome to the IHoP
