Looks like I may not get into grad school until next fall if A&M doesn't come through . I'm fairly certain I can get my schooling paid for so I'd rather not commit myself to a company (like a real job) before grad school, unless its some crazy bad ass company, then I'm down...

I need a 2 ohm resistor (which madisound doesn't have) 3 6ohm resistors should do the trick right? Any ill effects using this method building a crossover? Edit: ugh nevermind those a friggen out of stock at madisound too. Well I could order some 2 ohm resistors from partsexpress and pay more for shipping than the cost of the parts or I could order a cheaper wire wound resistor from madisound... Anyone know the difference between wirewound and metal oxide film resistors?

I'm looking to buy another pair and found these Zoot Men's Cyclefit 8 Cycling Shorts basically half off. You know anything about these? The ones i have are great but they were an improvement from the super cheap ones I had so maybe these could be even better...

So correct me if I'm dumb here... If you have a mid (60W nom) and a tweet (15W nom) with the same sensitivity, should you technically only be able to run the mid and tweet both at 15W to match their output? And given a Mid (80W nom 88db sensitivity) and Tweet (15W nom 91db sensitivity) the max you could run the mid at is 30W to match output using the same logic? I know there has to be a lot more factors at play, it was something that crossed my mind.

Could you use line out converters from the internal amp which usually has its own gain. Not sure if that's exactly what your looking for.
