  1. Here's another pic. To answer all the questions Its an RCD 6" lift (typically $1600 new) that I bought used from a guy that was converting to 2wd. I also got the traction bars ($600), wheels and tires (probably another $1500 new), another front differential, two half shafts, front drive shaft, new hub. Got all of it for a grand total of $1500. Turns out that one of my hubs was going bad so getting a good one worked perfectly. I also found out my neighbor can do gears so I'm about to get 4.56's and a detroit truetrac for the rear and be set
  2. Sean, I think you have a great theory but thats why its only a theory. Go buy the sum'beech!
  3. It drives straighter than it did before the lift
  4. I will after I get the 4.56's
  5. uh oh!
  6. whoo its a great Sunday. Slept a good 11 or 12 hours last night. which I guess is really only descent sleep when I was up for 42 hours straight before then and the last night I had slept 5 hours and didn't even sleep that well because I drank a mocha caramel java shake from Sonic before I had went to bed
  7. Got absolutely everything done for the uninstall. So when we pick it up I can start throwing everything on. Also looks like I'll be getting a MUCH better deal on gears. Only thing is I'll be doing one set a weekend.... which works for me if it saves the money.
  8. well. its 4:40AM haven't been to sleep. Stopped working on the truck at 4:10. We are going to pick up the lift at 7 in Katy, which is about an hour drive so it leaves times for showers then ihop then pick it up and start working again lol
  9. Thank you sir. The tires have some good tread, hopefuly I'll get a another year or so out of them. Come with traction bars too, which I don't think look the best but I love the functionality of them, gives that secure feeling lol
  10. I HATE when people call anything other than the subwoofers in an audio system their "highs"
  11. and for no more IPS errors. atleast for now
  12. Lift T0P
  13. Lifting it to the T0P!
  14. Starting the lift on the truck tonight my truck should look similar to this soon And I mean VERY similar since those are THE wheels and tires and lift I will be putting on my truck, not the same style but the exact ones. So just imagine that truck in a pewter color with badges... but the badging on mine will come off soon too. Especially since there will be no mistaking its a 4x4 now lol

  16. Only if it's CHEAP. Chevy's quality is shit, especially in the interior, so it would have to be a steal for me to buy one. i just drove one last week as a matter of fact, so it's funny you mention that. Well its a 2006 with 20K on the body and 8k on the engine/transmission. $14,000
  17. Interested in a bad ass trailblazer ss?

  23. lol i wondering how it went lol who drove? I drove to and from the crawfish place. Eric drove to the Longhorn and Heather drove back
  24. Got a lil too toasted last night, but was a hell of a time. I went to Juju's and ate a ton of crawfish, the place was BYOB which was pretty cool. Ended up in Louisiana later that night and went to the Longhorn. Ended up a good night, and a good birthday party night for my friend
  25. So I was told that i could run 4.11/3.73 so long as I don't shift into 4wd.... Pending any information against it, it works for me! Should be putting on the lift next weekend!!!
