  1. I fit the BIB's into a Cobalt last night (only 5'9"). Put a pretty good scratch in one If the rear seats fold down go from the rear left corner of the trunk. Fold the front seat down as far as possible and have the excess stick out the front passenger window. I believe legally you get 3 ft sticking out of the right of your vehicle so you should be plenty fine. I'm sure a truck would be normally wider than the overall width of the impala with the 2x4 sticking out
  2. Checked out radioshack today and no luck. Also checked out a home audio store down the street and they recommended using a cheater plug as a permanent fix . Going to go ahead and get a cheater plug for temporary until the Isolator comes in from parts express
  3. A quick look through all the threads you've created revealed nothing. was it anything like this?
  4. Oh God. That smile on your face looks like expensive lol Does Walmart sell it?
  5. update.... 1. its in the cable for the TV. Even with the TV unplugged, as long as the cable is plugged in it hums 2. Whats a cheater plug?
  6. Alright I must summon upon the powers that be of the SSA H0P. I am requesting the collective knowledge of all that is SSA to assemble upon this problem. mmmkay so.... TV is off Pre-amp is off Main Amp is off Sub Amp is on auto I hooked up the sub and when I plug in the inputs for the TV the sub starts humming. I switched each set of RCA's with a set I know is good and each time I still get the hum. When I turn off the sub amp the hum goes away. The humming changes with frequency and gain knob change, but is still present no matter. Plzzz help!
  7. The Enclaves are the awesome. My friends mom had one that they got with allllll the upgrades because they sold the one they ordered out from under them. It was super nice.
  8. Get a cummins diesel with a 6 speed. You can roll out of 3rd with out touching the pedal. Easy to drive and fun! ....don't think its what you are looking for... also kind of defeats the purpose of your reasoning.... oh well put a banks kit on it, should be decently fun Bah screw Banks. Intake, Straight 4" exhaust, Dyno Tune, bigger turbo, Suncoast Transmission, and lots of tire to hook it all

  10. Bah, guess its time for sleep. gotta drive back to Beaumont in the AM
  11. As I grow older.... I talk more shit to the TV during baseball games
  12. yeah go with sleep. Don't listen to JimJ
  13. mmmkay so I'm pretty sure I'm ditching the current exhaust setup and going to get dual dynomax bullets with an H pipe and shorty tips with a 45* dump out of the corners. It won't be mandrel but I really doubt I will see a difference, also there bends are not that restrictive. I had a bullet on my 90 model and I absolutely loved it, so I'm hoping this will sound just as good. Only decision I need to make is if I want to go with 12" or 18" bullets. I had a single 18" on the 90 but I don't know what difference the duals will make.
  14. it is. Maybe she just got done having sex. Or it's some kind of inuendo, like she's offering the cigarette for after the sex she wants to have with you because of the stress she caused with the parked car. considering she stayed the night and one of the guys walked her out and gave her a kiss goodbye, I think it's fairly likely she had gotten laid recently considering she offered you a cigarette. I think it's fairly likely he wasn't good enough and she thought that you could do better
  15. Thanks, I'll get the the sticker off soon. Then I can find victims when its wet
  16. When I meet you one day I will get you a cookie... Otherwise shipping is too expensive and USPS will probably damage the cookie

  18. T0PPAGE!!!

  21. I think Travis means.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5F8cHklJKBQ...feature=related
  22. I thought you wanted to go fast with it?? Damn It! You caught me again! lol, thats why I said 4.56's everyone knows 4.10s are plenty enough for 33's, duh. I dunno though I just don't see the truck looking that good with those fender flares on stock lift. But I might have discovered tonight that the flares can be removed ( I think there glued along the seem of the top) But I know you always will make compromises. Point In Case - I will add a 25lb Icon with a ported box, 2 (eventually 3) Amps, and loads of deadener. Plans are for a tool box, air compressor, train horns, extra battery (if needed) and HO alt (if needed). So I'm already killing myself with weight in that department. I also plan to keep the 5.3 backed with the 4L60e. If I REALLY wanted to get serious and not care about gas mileage a 6.0L or 408 would be going in, backed by a 4L80e no questions asked. So yes power/speed is important, but so is a bad ass truck with functionality as well as speed. When I want to be faster I'll buy a 2000 Camaro/Trans Am call up my buddy Jared and say lets make it happen and be running 11.5 1/4's and 1.5x 60's on Cam
  23. both plz and i can do an AM reminder I'll plug in the camera, probably should charge it before asia anyways. your welcome
  24. Damn you guys notice everything. BTW it was my mom's beer lol
