I started applying my SS Spectrum this weekend. Got the two door panels covered in 2 layers (1 Quart Total) Now I have 20 more quarts to go. Hopefully I can hit at this stuff slowly and finally get it done. With the addition of the new car as wellI'll have the option of leaving the truck torn apart for a week if need be. Once I get the doors completely done (FG the holes, liquid deadning and Ensolite) I will get the Sundown 100.4 put 2 channels on the DLS Components and build a ported box for the MAW-10 and finally have some real tunes in there!

Sean would hate to ride with me. My person bubble ends just infront of my bumper. Of course, this is only when I have intentions of switching lanes or when I'm angry at the person in front. The only time I've had a rock chip on my windshield was actually from the car that was in front and one lane to the right while we were in a curve

You forgot the insurance payment for the Z-71 If you kept the truck then your still paying for insurance. Did you also factor in maintanence items?

Not sure I understand the logic, once you add repairs, insurance, the price of ownership, the miles you drive it can't save you enough to pay for it even if your truck only got 10mpg. You also have to factor in the fact that now I don't have to keep my truck on the road as much so it will last me longer, upgrades to the truck don't have to be "Gas Saving" choices and that I've really always wanted to have a little manual tranny vehicle to have fun in. AKA: A bunch of personal reasons. You really wouldn't understand the logic if you knew how my gas got paid for.
