Going off of DevilDrivers post... Rear wheel drive give you control over both sets of tires. In a FWD car when the rear tires lose traction you are pretty much screwed as you have no way to control them IMO. I will always prefer RWD. I've driven some front wheel drives that could really take some decent turns, but then again I've never really driven any good RWD car. Come to think of it, the only RWD car I can remember driving atm was a 69 Caddilac El Dorado, "Le Rex de Angulus" <--The king of the corners and a V6 Camaro

Deadening the Z
Here goes to the start of deadening my 02 Z71. Lots of deadening going in. 155 Sq ft. Raammat 5 or 6 Yards Ensolite 5 gallons and 1 quart of Spectrum GM's way of trying to stop you from removing the rear bolts on the front seats an 11mm 12 point did the trick. Also the front nuts on the front seat are removable with 15mm 12 point. Carpet is not so clean lol When I saw this clip for the first time I thought "I'll come at you like a spider monkey!" The rear light needs to be removed before dropping the headliner to disconnect the light More pics to come

Taking a break from working in the shop. Painting the Shellac and the MDF portion of the BIB's was a pain in the ass. It was soaking that stuff up like crazy. Got The Z completely stripped and a "1.5" layers on the outer door panel. (1.5 means an entire layer then another layer of the places more prone to resonating.

So GM decided to glue there wires to the headliner instead of to the roof. So I literally had a knife and was skinning the wires away much like you would a deer. Good thing is I got everything out of the truck Bad news is you get no pics until tomorrow morning
