How big of an IXL?

So I found out that rolling down my windows made my midbasses stop working. TMAX rolled down my right window today and bye bye. hope its just catching the wires. I really have no clue why it would though the crossover is mounted directly below the midbass. So now I have two tweeters.... I never realized how little of the spectrum a tweeter covered even though it technically covers a majority of it
