Welcome to the IHoP
Hell, you bought a mini-cooper that doesn't fit your personality, SQ doesn't fit your personality either. Sounds like a perfect match!

Hope it did. It was definitely a "pop" or "stretch" I had never felt before and it went away quickly but now is tight.

Welcome to the IHoP
Thanks for all the information, it is definitely being read (and re-read so i can really figure out what its saying) and is exactly what I wanted to learn about supplements. If you want to skip the type and link me somewhere feel free to. I'm not even close to being done yet - I have lots of information for you and everyone else. I really have no problem shedding light on the subject. I hope people find it useful and don't hesitate to ask questions if they don't understand something or want more information. Unfortunately, I can't 'link' you to my brain - this is why I'm typing for you Sounds like you need to write a book! lol

New Workout, New Diet
Thank you! Great information. I thought I'd throw in some notes I've been taking on certain things (mostly diet). Most these thoughts are incomplete but its just some rough notes: No Soda... Period. Eat Natural "Little things make a ton of difference" (Denim) Foods like Chicken, Tuna, Turkey, Cottage Cheese are good Eat more calories at the end of the day Abs Diet book is a good read (Haven't been able to find it yet) Eat 5-6 times a day with proportioned meals and healthy snacks in between Please feel free to add, especially meal Ideas as I'm hurting on those right now

Looks like my diet thread is getting heated. I hope it doesn't become too off topic, I am enjoying the reading though.

New Workout, New Diet
Those are all things I will definitely be doing. I will definitely have to look into finding a nutritionist around campus, especially if it is free. On the "Why do you need to add?" I didn't know why, I was really just trying to get the question out there to figure out the benefits and such, but obviously this early it isn't the best idea. Chevy350TPI, I still look forward to hearing more of what you have to say.

New Workout, New Diet
I definitely am going to focus on my cardio hard to get rid of the weight for this "cycle" (cycle is what our instructor calls the 3 month training period). Then if I'm satisfied with my fitness and weight, I will start packing on the muscle this summer, since I should have a better idea what I need to do to obtain that goal. Do you have any reading material on protien, creatine, and amino acids. I really don't know much about them and just want to get a general idea of what they are.

I have to say, being a redneck guy I really don't care for the truck nuts all that much. Though... I will give some props to anyone who runs a pair that is a pink skin looking sack with two big stainless steel ball bearings inside

You will hate it. I'm quite sure of that...basing this on what I know of you online. I don't particularly care for it and use either OpenOffice or MS Office 2003 on all other computers. o2003>2007 puckers changed everything My friend took a computer class that was based off of ALL the Office 2007 products. Fuggin sucked as I was ALWAYS having to help out.... ehhh I guess not fuggin sucked she is pretty damn good lookin But 2007 does suck bad and vista is a resource hungry mother trucker

New Workout, New Diet
Defnitiely not a new yrs resolution. I've been working slowly at it since the last summer started. I dropped 25 pounds last summer and just tried to maintain it through the fall session. Now I'm ready to step it up another notch

You would think that if they had an L-Pad they would have thrown in the crossover at it instead of on the tweeter. I found out this evening that my right speaker was infact busted and not the channel that powers it, so tomorrow I will finish my quick baffles, tweetorz mount, and mount the crossovers in the door under the midbass.
