Can you explain more or provide a link? I've been looking into the speed at which I lift. When I do squats I feel like if I try to move faster I just feel more tired and don't go any faster. If I move methodically it seems smooth and easier. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my slow twitch/ fast twitch muscle fiber make up. It makes sense to me because when I was riding bikes, I would bike at a much lower cadence than my friends but I could stay geared up and move just as fast or faster without tiring. Mobile glitch

I have to admit, I've rarely heard about big diesel issues with all the people I know that own diesels, other than the engines that were known to be problematic.

Been a pretty good couple weeks. I got accepted for my life insurance, I dead lifted more than my body weight (5 reps). With any luck I'll be squating my body weight 5 set 5 reps by next week and weigh under 200 for the first time since I don't know when.

Just got called for the first time as a reference. That felt pretty cool.

I will still need an IR blasting Android device most likely to utilize it.

Got a new remote that controls the Roku, Xbox, TV and Adcom Pre-Amp (Volume/Mute). We haven't had a Roku remote in years (used our phones as the remote). Problem is I STILL can't find remote codes for my Adcom GTP-450. I've looked everywhere, and tried everything. I even sat on the couch for 5 minutes going through code by code, testing for it. I'm tempted to buy a remote for it and use the learning feature to make it work.

No odor issues for me unless you backup with the windows down, when it's cold.
