i use a dmm, play the tone and turn up the ssf until the dmm starts to lower in volts a voila ssf is set to what ever tone you are playing.

i run an active front stage, two 6.5's and two tweets off a four channel amp, sub does around 140 db on music. i can hear every word and guiter strum perfectly clear, while still having a huge amount of bass. i don't have any rear speakers at all. you don't really need them. a properly set up front stage will make you not even notice the rears arent there.

actually the na series amps are bad ass. i've had two na6000d. i clamped one at 2453 watts rms at 13.8 volts. they use the same board as alot of treo amps. while most of their stuff maybe similar to audio bling bling crap the nax000d series are decent amps.

makes me miss oregon . i know this has nothing to do with oregon, just the part i'm from is very similar to that.
