Thank you and Im still learning. Never really finished this build since I changed to a 4th order a bit after I got it playing. I was thinking the same LoL. New build should start after I get in a house in Vegas. Got most of everything from this build. Just getting new subs to run 4 15's and another 9k with a switch on the batteries later.

I don't have a build log here yet but here is a couple pics of my 2007 Avalanche. Im currently in Italy(military) but heading back stateside next month to Vegas. The truck currently has everything out of it and packed up for shipping. Im going to put up a build log soon. Well enough talk pictures

Don't know what wait you are referring to.I received my alternators on schedule.Even had them powder coated to match my truck.Nothing was free.I wish

Received these 2 weeks ago.Had no problems with DC through this entire transaction.Even was able to get a hold of them to get my order completely done since I am military stationed at an APO.

To my knowledge these got built and shipped last week?? You should have them in your hands already, if not extremely soon. Did you not get a tracking number?? Yeah Rob I got the tracking last week. I'm an APO customer so it takes up to 2 weeks to receive stuff here. Well I just got my shipping confirmation for my 2 alts.Should have them no later than 2 weeks.So time for some box building next week

I have really only been hearing people that don't have GM's that have had problems.Is it because the main contract for DC is the Governement? I ordered 2 270xp alternators for my Avy on the 31 of October.They had to be powder coated and built so I expected them to take awhile.I got a personal message from Rob on here on the 22nd of November saying that they should be shipped out this week.So my finger are crossed that I get shipping info tomorrow so I can go ahead with my build.I have to say that I haven't had any problem getting in touch with them.Sometimes it takes them a day or 2 to respond but thats okay but never longer than 2 days.I have also called them on multiple occasions and if the first person doesnt answer I just hit up the other but I always get a hold of someone.So I guess my story will be the lone good one so far that was reported LoL

Not taking any sides in this but Bass just chill dude because its your friend you say thats having the problem and DC has let it be known that for some items it will take longer for the not so ordinary request.People know about their phone situation but yet we chose to order from them anyways because we know they have the best product on the market right now and they are proven.I fell you on being pissed about hearing that DC this or DC that but honestly no matter what you say people are still going to order from them because of their products.Now for DC you guys do a good job with your products but have not been the best at keeping customers in the loop when their orders arent going to be fulfilled when they were originally told.As consumers we rely on you guys to let us know whats going on and it makes people mad when they have already paid you but can't even get a courtesy email saying hey your order will be a little late due to W/E.I know you guys have a small operation and hopefully one day you will get an extra body to help relieve some of this stress but until then just try to work on keeping your customers updated on their orders when they go overdue and I'm willing to bet a month of my military paycheck that all the bitching and complaining will start to decrease.I haven't gotten my order yet but I know that I wouldn't use anybody else as long as youguys are an option.

Oh okay then yeah thats not good service at all.i know their busy but when its a order thats been lingering for that long they should be all over keeping him updated and happy.Hope he gets some good info this week if not I would be canceling and order elsewhere if possible.

Oh my such harsh words!!! Just try and call them man and I know you shouldn't have too but they do answer the phone when I call them.i actually just got my update on my order and my cases where out getting powder coated and should be shipping next week since its Thanksgiving this week.

I hope Kyle or one of the other DC Reps comes in here and let you guys know whats going on.Sucks that they have been getting all this bad rep for not fulfilling orders on time.All they really need to do is keep all their customers updated on their orders and we wouldn't have threads like this asking for an update.I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and I'm just waiting.Won't even bother them until we hit the 4 week mark which is when they guaranteed me my Alts would be shipped.So we will see.

Yeah I dont mind waiting for quality but I dont want to be waiting 4 months LoL.As long as I can get an update I'm good.Besides I usually plan ahead.My build hasnt even started yet and I knew that it would take at least 4 months to get everything I needed that i had the money for.Now I'm at month 2 so I have 2 months left on the deadline.It's hard being patient when you have already paid someone for something but hey what can you do.

Since I started using the products prefered on these car audio forums, I realized that the majority of them are small companies that take in way more orders than they can handle.I waited 2 months just to get subs from FI and then a month to get amps.So if they do go past 3 weeks I know why.All I ask for is an update saying why they wont be able to make the deadline and when they will the item done.I think this is one of the reasons alot of people just stick to the mainstream stuff.

So was this a alternator that they dont build that often?Reason I asked is because I recently placed a order for a alternator from them and its the 270xp and I'm definately not waiting 2 months for it when I was told 2 to 3 weeks.

Yeah I know FI and AA are pretty much the same company but I just thought that maybe they were planning to have something like that with an FI logo on it instead of AA.I don't have a clue on the price of those lvl 6's but I know everybody says its stupid high.

Sounds interesting.I wonder if this will be something to counter the DC Audio Level 6's that are floating around right now.Would be nice so I can upgrade to a 4" VC next year.

Dude I can barely understand what your saying and I'm sure everybody thats looking at this is saying the same thing. If your asking how to get white stickers from FI its on their website and it says plain as day white under the quantity option.As far as your back window I don't know what your actually asking.Please clarify

Yeah they have been force cross training alot of us fighter guys over to heavies. I think most of us would prefer the heavies anyways over these old beat up fighters that are always broke LoL
