How is he being a dick when he's a paying customer who hasn't received his product as of yet nor has received notice of the delay. You might have the best product in the market but without the customer service its just as good or worse than the competitors. ^This is whats up. Thank you for saying what i was going too. I never got an email about basket delays, I had to look through the forums about construction time.

If you would of kept us Informed about the baskets people wouldn't be mad. Just saying.

My friend has an 18" and he said it took 3 months because they were backorded. Hopefully this dosnt happen to us!

I just bought a 18" FI BTLN2 and was wondering what is the best way to build my box. It is going in the back of a '97 nissan pathfinder. I know you need 3/4" MDF for the box but can you use 1/2"? thanks
