when i turn the defeat on theres no bass, i got my lpf at 80 and my and the sub filter isn't high at all, i've played with the settings on my screen and amp but the only thing that makes the sub hit hard is turning the bass boost up unless theres something im not doing, any one with ideas?

When i set the bass boost to 0 i get no bass when i turn it up, it's like im getting a weak signal from my alpine screen to the amp because my settings have to be up on the screen to get the amp pushing out power. I have 60$ stinger RCA so thats not the problem and my amp is recieving the right voltage so im stumped

I have 2 18 inch ssds dual 1 ohm with 2000 watts series parelell with the hifonics 2006d and when i turn it up i get a real strong glue smell. My gain is only just past half with the bass boost at 10 O' clock and i tried a couple different 1 ohm wiring diagrams, is it the smell of the box or are my coils burning?
