  1. No opinion here - just results both are great amps but if i have to make a suggestion id say go with Sundown you wont be dissapointed. All results are with a single 18" BTL Fully loaded in a stock class setup in my grand cherokee. All scores were from official Usaci events and literally nothing was changed but the amps. Memphis 4kw @.5 - 154.7 Pair of Sundown 1500d's @ .5 strapped - 155.3 And to show the real power of the 1500's Streetbeat (Same setup/same song just diff amps) Memphis 4kw @ .5 - 153.1 Pair of Sundown 1500d's @ 2 strapped - 153.0 The pair of 1500's was only .1 down and they were being ran at 1 ohm per amp (2ohms strapped)! Obviousely other peoples results may vary but i just thought id share mine
  2. Well hello all! Just thought id chime in and say hello, im a relative n00b to all you people lol And im definately not loud I'm using a single BTL 18 and only doing a 155.3 in Prostock 601-1800, but wait till i get my other two amps hehehehehe As for 4kw's i sold one for $650 shipped a week ago Now im running a pair of Sundown SAZ-1500d's which are uy far the most solid amps ive ever run - just as a comparison i burped my 4kw @ .5 ohm and my pair of 1500's at .5 strapped (.25 per amp) and my 1500's are almost a full db louder than the 4kw O yea and I did a 153.0 in Streetbeat with the pair of 1500's strapped at 2 ohms (how i run them daily)
  3. LOL because i have one of them now 151 legal / 154 outlaw - not bad for a single 18 on a 4kw and NOT in a rex lol (actually in a grand cherokee)
