I ended up just turning it off, and it made a huge difference. "Put on" by Young Jeezy hits lower louder than any system i've had. And i'm only running 1/5 of the power i have before. (ed nine.1 on a 15" fi Q)

Does anyone know about the infrasonic filter though? Is that the same as an SSF? I should probably just turn it off and be careful since it is set higher than my box is tuned to..

I got my sub today finally. I have a 1.2cf box tuned to 28hz. JL 250/1 powering it. I noticed today that my amp only has an "infrasonic filter" Is this the same as a subsonic filter? It only allows me to have it off or at 30hz, which is silly because that is ABOVE my box tuning.... Time to upgrade amps? If so, any recommendations? If I remember correctly it was a little more than a week. Just remember that these are built to order in the USA so it might take longer, but as a proud SSA customer it is worth the wait. I have tried DCON's, ICON's, XCONS's, and ZCON's and they are all excellent drivers. I ordered mine Jan 6th and still hasn't shipped. I would have went with something different if i knew it was going to take this long. The only information i've gotten is that it will ship "Soon" and that was over a week ago after i contacted them. As I have stated in emails to any who have asked, the build house is going a full steam and working some insane hours. The demand since November has only gotten greater and they are doing everything they can to catch up. We will be checking in with them later today to get more status updates. 2912 Thanks.

How long it take you to get your subs after ordering? Just curious.

Still hasn't shipped, wow. It really take over a month to build a sub?

So....how do i contact these guys? my sub still hasn't shipped. i ordered the 6th. I sent an email about 2 weeks ago and have got nothing back. No phone numbers on their site.

Emailed SSA about a week ago, still no response, and no clue as to when this sub is arriving. I paid the 6th..think i can just get a refund? Probably could find one used pretty easily.

So i received an email the other day saying that my item has been shipped. When i click the tracking number, i get this message: A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. It has now said this for 4 days now. Is this normal now? I remember before when i got a tracking number i'd have the delivery date no more than 24 hours later.

Most definitely. SI was the same way when i bought my Mag. It was well worth the wait. Wanna see a box you've never seen before? Yes, the power is bigger than ground. This was very temporary

They are hand built in the USA after your order goes in. Be patient, you're gonna love it. It's not a big deal, the RE X really surprised me even with only about 150wrms i'm giving it. It's really building my expectations for the dcon. I did a lot of research and i couldn't find a better sub with this amount of power. The only other sub i considered was a Dayton HF because of it's supposed amazing SQ. Here is the box:
