Email straight from Mike Singer. The upgraded unit that I offer for your vehicle is a 275A. This alternator is a direct bolt on design for your vehicle and would be plug and play (the factory plug would go into it like the OEM unit) This alternator includes my overdrive pulley to boost the idle output (this will spin the alternator faster at low RPMS to boost idle output by around 30 to 40A more (170-180A idle). This sized model would be more then suffice for your current draw of the sound system you plan on running. -mike Order in early may. Received in late may. intalled mid june. A little dirty but I will clean before shipping it off. Not sure if it will fit other vehicles similar to trailblazer such as blazer or envoy. I can email Mike or you can and ask. Wow did that move a lot of air?? How did it sound on the upper bass? I think a 30hz tune would still wreck the lows (not as much as yours but you get what I'm sayin lol) and still b good all around

Sorry but i dont think those measurements are correct. I think you should try and measure it again. I say this because i'm pretty sure my trunk of my fusion is bigger than the intrepid and i dont come close to those measurements. I'm also going to be going in from the cabin sliding the box in. Just what i think you should do! For tuning I would go to around 31-32hz. That's what i like. You feel the bass a lot and lower tuning and lower frequencies are louder to the ear. Also lower tuning is better for sq (from what I've been told). If this is for a daily system, I think that would work better.

Are you building the box inside the trunk?? Your measurement seem to be the actual dimesions of whole trunk inside. Make sure you measure the opening of the trunk because you will need the box to fit through it to get into the trunk. Not measuring the trunk opening properly will result in a too big of a box that cant fit lol happened to me once!

So the new dimensions are 14h 35w 30d. That should roughly put me at 4.2 cubes tuned to around 33hz.

Yes, I'm good with tools. My dad has all the tools needed too. So I had to change my dimesions around a bit. New dimensions are: 14h (might go 14.25 but ill have to check on that) 35w at least 28d with the depth I want to go back and measure to see if I can go back more that way I still have room left for amp rack that I want to do. I'll get back to you in the morning on the depth measurement.

Your subs have an outer diameter of ~25"+ combined plus a 10" round port = too close to your max dimension, and you don't have enough depth to make it long enough. Why are you stuck on using a round port? I'm not. I just thought I would get more volume out of using aeros. So should I jus go with what you showed before?
