  1. Cheaper is not always better, but to each its own. Your right but in this situation, both are very high quality amps. You can't go wrong with either. I wouldnt say Crescendo is high quality but a nice built amp that does what its supposed to do, yes. How come? What would make the rf better than crescendo? Actually trying to learn, not being a smart ass haha

  3. I have 2 bc2ks and they are awesome amps. I'd go with the crescendo because it's a little bit cheaper.
  4. How come you have to change them out? Just get a cheaper set if you feel you really want a set in the rears.
  5. Go with a good set of front components. Don't worry about the back. Its hard to recommend speakers because some sound good to some people and bad to others. It's all preference.
  6. If you strapped the amps at 1.33 ohms then it would be .66 ohms per amp and that is unnessary to runs amps below 1 ohm for daily. You should be fine with 1 bc2k.
  7. People have put a lot more to them then that even. You jus have to know what your doing.
  8. Yeah totally understandable, appreciate it man. Cool, glad were good haha. To your thread though, you won't hear any difference between power of them, because they are almost put out the same power. I can't remember, but I think I did have an alpine amp like that. Not sure if it was same one but it was a 4 channel alpine. It was a awesome amp. I liked it!
  9. I talked to Mike and he's a good guy. He helped me get an alt for my trailblazer. 275a. It was awesome and was a tank! Good product and good guy. From what streetlegal posted, here is the website he got it from. You can use it to help you with other configurations also. That way you wouldn't have to wait for others to respond and have any confusion. http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp
  10. I'm not upset. I didnt think or mean to come off that way. I was just saying to let the thread go on and someone will find it and help you.
  11. You don't need to bump within an hour of first post. Give people some time.
  12. Just looking for a used c1100.4 amp. I've seen prices between 300-350. I would like that amp to not have any major scratches or anything greatly noticeable. If anyone is selling one or knows someone that is looking to sell one please let me know and we can work something out. Thanks!

Meant to give you a good reputation bro but my dumb phone hit red!! That's one of the big reasons I chose SSA, is because they're alwasy on here helping and answering questions.
  14. Ohh gotcha. I use a few different things including the re to help get a picture in my head of what it'll look like. I used Torres for actually getting info.
  15. Yea I know I will love them!! I totally understand it's gonna take longer because of so many order lol. Good for SSA though!
  16. Wow this is hilarious!! I can't believe the OP is acting like a d bag. If you would of added a few more sentences of detail stating what your goals, budget and equipment was you would of been helped by a lot of very smart people that have a shit ton of experience. Though you ruined your chances by being a smart ass. There's a reason you started the thread because YOU didn't know and needed help.
  17. Isn't torres calc more accurate than re's calc?
  18. Thanks for the update Aaron. I suppose my order would be the last of the bunch of bf subs to ship out because I ordered on second to last day.
  19. Not yet. I ordered mine on Nov 25 which I think is like 26 business days for me.
  20. Yea I agree with Rick. You'd be surprised how loud it will get in a well built box. Try the bl first at least. It'll save you money and tim not getting the new subs and box. Also you don't block back window too.
  21. Bump!! 100 shipped for both
  22. Welcome to the forum!
  23. I have 4 15" VVX's that I had put in a wall in my trailblazer. I only used them for about a month and then sold the trailblazer. They work perfectly and the only flaw is on back of the rubber surround thing that covers screw holes. There's a bit of wood and paint that stuck on it. Last pic will show what I mean. They sat in my room along side my bed longer than in my tb lol. I don't have any need for them, since I sold the tb and now have new subs coming. $160+shipping individually or $600+shipping for all 4. I keep all boxes for whatever I buy so I still have boxes that Skar shipped them to me in. I will use the same boxes so you won't have to pay for the box when being shipped off, just the actually shipping charge. It will be a cheaper for you.
  24. I'd get this. It's high quality and has everything you will need. http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KOL-AK4
  25. To me that's way to expensive but it's not for me lol
