What should I buy for my mini Cooper s to put in the back and what should I use to power it for under 500

thanks for all the feedback i really appreciate it id like to only spend around 300 dollars for now.. i had two jl 12s and they got stollen as well as my dads 15 a month later even with security systems. my mini has an amazing security system bu id like to buy/make a box that can be mounted in the back the battery is already located in the hatchback area there is about 3 to 4ft of space to work with from left to right and a good 2ft ish from front to back height isnt an issue. id like one ten with rectangle box and the amp hidden or mounted. ive looked at the dcon10 whats the difference between d4 and s4? also julian told me at first to look at skar for a 10 i saw that preorder 10 for 99 i believe thats resonable to me. also amp wise i was guided to shop off http://www.sonicelectronix.com and was told the MB Quart ONX1.1500D would be good deal. but its 1500W RMS wouldnt that be rather large amount for a 300w/400w 10? im a nube i know it. honeslty i dont need something to make my whole car do waves but id like it to sound clearer than this homos mtx terminator 12s down the street SMH please help much appreciated.
