I'm the proud owner of a 12" Q. and let me tell you guys, the costumer service that you are going to experience in here, is like no other, from questions as small as "ehrn im going to get my free sticker" as the " can you help me make a box that suit my sub" they will do their best to help you. that is why i recomend the Fi subs, plus the Bang like crazy lol

1 15" btl, would have less cone area, but more than doble the power, so i would say 1 btl, plus i like 1 sub, setups, JMO, i might be wrong

well thanks the box is 29w x 14h x 14d the port is a 4" pvc that is 11.33 and no, i dont hear any port noice, not that i notice.

okay this is what i have: altima 2005 2.5s stock electric system pionner HU DEH-P6800MP zx1000.1 amp 1 12" Fi Q box: 2.32 cuft ported tuned to 32hz first of all let me tell you that i was afraid that the amp wouldnt meet my expectations, but after hearing the woofer everything change, it really loud, i cant turn my stereo over 30 (in volume) because im afraid of the rear view mirrow falling off, tthe sub has great SQ it hits the lows really nice and i would recomend this sub for anyone that is looking for a LSQ system. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpRGw40gxkU i will do a better review when i get more time with my system, but as far as right now im extreamlly satisfy.

i tought that aereos are only for the outside, and yes i dpnt have enpugh depth, that is why i want to use a elbow joint, how could i use a rectangular port i know nothing about them

go we the 18s if you have the space, if not go with the 15s, they will still be loud.

i really dont want port noise, but i have no other choice that i can think of, i cant do aereos, because i dont have space in my trunk for them, also the box is pretty much done, 29w x 14h x 14d, i havent installed the woofer in it yet, and i havent put the mdf piece (the one were the dub will be drill on) to the box. i think i may use an elbow joint(for space saving) inside the box so i can put the port and maybe something to support the pvc?

^ would you be more clear. i have a 2.32 ft^3 box for the Q i want to tune it to 32hz and the calculator told me that the lenght would be around 10" im going to use 4" because im getting the pvc for free, and i might use an elbow join at the end. any suggestions? BTW scott did you sent the sticker? also, the port is going inside the box, ( the amount of space taken by the port is minimal) i dont have a big trunk for the box, i own an altima 2005 and i still want some space for baggage

well im going to do 1 4" port 8.8" of lenght, and if i have port noice i would build another box... lol BTW, i juat got my amp, is a kicker zx1000.1 that is rated at 1105 watts rms

yes it is bad, the vibrations can cause problems on the long run, but if it is temp. the i guess it is okay, and for the cables and terminals go to knukonceptz.com i just bought my amp kit there 1/0 gauge
