  1. They are under warranty and it was a mistake on the order from Fi USA so Am is talking to them through e-mail. He has the spare parts to modify (I think) to carry out the mod. I feel for Am but I do want all the drivers to be mechanically the same.

  3. Ok NDMstang65 taken on board. I am sending the two Dual 2 ohm High Qts drivers back to Bladeice in UK for him to put them back to Dual 1 ohm Std Qts. I was thinking of giving up and just put up with it but what you have said I will get these changed. Thank you
  4. Hi Alton thanks for that response So if I cant change them to High Qts then that would also mean I can not change the High Qts to a Standard Qts then ?? I want a clean sounding sub as I play lots more music than I do films, though I do want the subs to go low and controlled. This is why I built sealed subs, this is my first DIY build and and never done anything like this before so is all new to me. At the momment I have the dual 1 ohm Std Qts sub running and I love the sound it's producing EQ'd using Audyssey XT32.
  5. Hi all, I have built two 120 L cabinets two drivers per box in a dual opposed configuration (drivers facing out) I have been told that the std Qts drivers can sound peaky ? Can someone explains to me the term PEAKY. I have four Fi Q 15" first two orderd was dual 1 ohm but the second set I orderd later was dual 2 ohm so I will be having these changed back to dual 1 ohm as this suits my inuke amps. So it it worth having all my drivers changed to High Qts or is there not much difference between them ?? Thanks for any input
