Why would you need to sign an NDA? That seems like bad mojo to me. I'd be VERY careful with what it says.I'll be thuroughly reading it. I would expect the NDA is because some of the places they are selling (not all) don't want to be public with their decision to sell. Trust me, I too am a bit skeptical, but I'll see what it has to say and go from there. J

Also, tomorrow is step one on the bar hunt. Meeting with a local agent to sign some NDA paperwork for doing some research on local establishments on the market. Time to see whats available for currently running or recently closed locations and go from there. End goal (if I have my way) is to have a place lined up soon, and ideally to be able to do an opening by July at latest. But I am taking my time to look and research my ass off. J

I drew a doe tag every year I was there, so your odds in the lottery are awesome. Oddly, down here you get more doe tags than buck tags. I was blown away, though. I saw the pics of my buddy with his deer and a rifle. I know he hunts near Chautauqua, and it was shotgun only in the Southern Tier, but he said 2 years ago they opened it up to rifle as well. I may have to stop up for a visit next year. Some day I'll get back for the season. J

Chicken and steak. Thought about the fillet migneon (spelling??) but wanted a bit of variety. The only 'issue' with the food was the mushrooms. They tasted just shitty. It's unfortunate that I do not eat seafood, as they offer quite a nice variety. J

Ate at Teppan edo this evening at Walt Disney World. Some of the best hibachi I have ever had, and simply amazing presentation. They do an outstanding job at helping you forget the outside world. If you ignore the fucks who are stuck on their phones while they walk around. Which, I simply do not understand. You come to Disney to relax, forget the stress of every day life, yet you are on your phone as much as possible. Also, the Tower of Terror is fucking amazing. J
