See and I have never noticed them, but it may be just my un-trained eyes. Some scratches I have seen, but only when they were deep. I'm not saying I don't see the MJ's as being damn good shades, and I can see the appeal of glass. I just cannot justify the cost per pair at this point, when the Oakleys are damn good as well. J

Glad to see the great sunglasses debate return. My other issue besides price, is the fit with the MJ's. My big ass head is not exactly even so when I try them on, one arm is snapped fully open, and the other is normal or a bit sprung out. Perhaps I just need a place to 'custom fit' mine. The only Oakley's I have had scratches on (more than hairline ones you cannot see while wearing) I had for a few years. The two pair I destroyed were ballistics in unusual circumstances that they saved my eyes on. Add in the discount and I am a very happy camper, but will look at MJ's again in a different location. J

Ended up with some more Oakley's. Two pair for less than 1/2 the cost of one Maui Jim's. J

Took off early from work tonight. Too much stress and too many changes at work got the better of me. Left before I ended up doing something assanine. J

Also went snd got some more ink done tonight. The physical pain seemed to help relieve some of the emotional pain. Got one I had been planning anyways, this just made me move up the timeline. J

It is a different beast. Just wanted to make sure allure didn't overpower reality for you. I just gotta start looking into properties and business plans. I know I can get a VA small business loan, and the plan is to utilize that with enough capital left to cover a minimum of 6 months operating expenses so we open with some head space.For the menu, I want to keep the kitchen open 11-11 sun-thur and 11-1 fri and sat. Limited menu from 11-1 on fri and sat to finger 'drunk' foods.Decor will be sports bar based since chains aside, the 'sports bar' out here is not really a sports bar, but more of a bar with a sports after thought.JLocation, location, location, location. Did I mention location?I've been scouting for the past few weeks. Looking to buy a pre-existing business to avoid 100k in costs for renovations out of the starting gate. J

I'm sorry for your loss. Suicide can really make that anger part of the grief process hard. Same with the bargaining part.You need to talk about it and be with those who you can fellowship with. Also, while I know most of you will not be able to respond till tomorrow, any tips on getting thru suicide? Found out earlier this evening that a good friend of mine I have known for about 8 years was found dead. I am rather numb to it at the moment. Yes,I am upset but just......not supremely used to dealing with it, besides letting it fester internally for a bit of time, until it all comes out at once. I have a feeling that my normal way of dealing is not so healthy. J
