  1. 10k is a little optimistic... The 2013's are rated at 9,000 w/ a tow package on the big engine. I'm not quite calling BS, but I sure wouldn't be pulling it on that on a truck with a GVWR of only 7,200lbs. Compare that to a 2010 F-250 Super Duty with a GVWR of 9,200lbs and its only rated to tow 10k with the 3.7x rear axle ration. I have no doubt it can tow that 9k lbs on a nice day on a nice road, but stopping and when things get squirrely is when stuff goes wrong big time. http://pressroom.toyota.com/article_print.cfm?article_id=2072 Straight from Toyota. Not saying it's certainly accurate but its what they have it rated as. J
  2. Sean I know you covered this but why is the Tundra off the list? Can tow over 10k, has pretty damn good acceleration stock, supercharger available without voiding the warranty, comfortable interior, and handles very very well. I know it doesn't have the push button from the factory but what else kills it for you? J
  3. Everyone I know with Tundras love them and say they've been the best trucks they've owned. No issues besides two things Rubber door seals on back tore after a hard freeze. Replaced under warranty. Tires needed replaced around 25k. The stock tires were made of shit rubber. I also drive over pavement at 90+ mph in 100+ degree summers for over 100 miles, add in the back/side roads and driving off the beaten path on parts of base, and I wasn't surprised. J
  4. My brother and his wife live down here in Clearwater. I'm considering moving down here, and looking at Western Colorado too. Just can't stay in AZ after I get out. J
  5. Well basically 2 more days in Florida. Now the debate on where to move. J
  6. Also Sean, I finally see your point of recommending Maui Jim all this time. Finally found a sales place down here in Florida and tried on about 20 pairs and loved them. I like the fact that they are set up for 'snap backing' for people with wide ass heads such as myself. I think I'll be investing in a pair or two shortly. The 219 price tag was a bit more than I could swing to replace a pair of fully functioning sunglasses at the moment. J
  7. I know I push True Nutrition to alot of people but they do have an all natural Testosterone booster. It has had some very positive results in numerous clients. Maybe try there? Comes in a pill form. J
  8. Having the firebird has helped when I have had to lend the Tundra to someone who cannot drive manual, or because it had to go in for a day or so. As for the diesel debate, I'll say this I purchased a used 'fully inspected' F-250 King Ranch with the powerstroke. Within 500 miles it started going to shit. Hence why I am now in a Tundra, and could not be happier. J
  9. I didn't drink anything special. Just some long islands. J Age. LOL 28 J
  10. I didn't drink anything special. Just some long islands. J
  11. Had hibachi last night...........not feeling so hot this morning. J
  12. Haters gonna hate. I guess lol... Here in AZ we don't need them often, today I was driving and tried to clean my windshield with the wipers and they weren't there haha. I seriously didn't know what to think, who does that shit? I don't know but that's pretty funny......going to keep that one in my back pocket for the next time I'm really drunk. Antennas were my go to 'drunken souveneer' gig. J
  13. Bueller? Bueller? J
  14. Really??? Are the rest of us total assholes? J Why ask a rhetorical question? Cause some of us are okay. Really??? Are the rest of us total assholes? J Didn't remeber you're a Yankees fan. Good point. J
  15. Really??? Are the rest of us total assholes? J
  16. Drill a hole and put a rubber grommet on it and go straight to the frame. The shortest path is the path of least resistance, which is key in any install. J
  17. Lookin damn fine Unc!!!! J
  18. Why would you get HD then use RCA's and not HDMI??? J
  19. LOL nobody I know owns one, but if they did I'd be interested. J
  20. Looking for some Viper Audio equipment. Would really love to find a parts amps as my 500.4 needs some trim pieces. Subs would be amazing as well. Let me know what ya got and what you'd like for it. J
  21. I don't see houses just blowing down or North Korea sending us products. Other than that tho, its possible. J Mobile homes fly away all the time. I'm surprised it isn't an Olympic sport by now. Big difference in the Texas Javelin and a roof collapse. J
  22. Thank you guys for all the knowledge, support, and friendship over the years. Had it not been for SSA I would of missed out on some of the best audio knowledge and experiences in my life. J

  24. Yep. Just finished eating some birds. We don't have any. Damn snow. J
  25. I like my hot snow with some tree bark. J
