Debating on bringing a rum and coke to the hospital while I chill there, but somehow I bet they would frown on that. When I came home on leave after my grandmother had a stroke we all took turns sitting in her room with her. You can bet your ass we were drinking too. J

It was pretty cool. Guy was nice as shit. His publicist tried saying he didn't have time to sign anything, but Lemmy grabbed my sharpie and laminate and signed it while looking at the guy as if to say 'well you're fucking fired'. J

Honestly with the exception of the Java flavored Monster's the 'hydration' Rockstar's are my favorite energy drinks. They had small cans of the Energy drinks and the big black can's are Purified Drinking Water that was EXTREMELY refreshing in 100*+ heat. J

J J J, I have to say that 6 year's ago you could never have made me believe stress was so lethal. Up until I was fired and lost 30 pounds without trying really.... I never would have believed it. I thrive in healthy stress. I need the stimulus, but in that kind of negative stress I was really just digging my own grave. I couldn't agree more. These people have killed marriages, parent/child relationships, careers, and lives. I hope they look closely at how they operate and see what can/should change. J

As I've said before, my biological reasoning on anything I eat has nothing to do with studying but watching people. Europeans are all thin and healthy compared to us and eat WAY more grains than we do. And they also think for themselves and have thousands of years of experience and wisdom. We Americans are stupid, believe in the "studies" which often contradict each other and are bred to eat shit. I could go on, but it's a lesson in futility like all the studies, the FDA, EPA, and every other one of those idiotic brainwashing fronts. We also have become a Nation full of un-disciplined 'I want it now' kids. Europe has the 'I want it let me do something for it' mentality still, which we lost many, many years ago. Plus they are still active at least twice as much as we are as a people. J

There is no such thing as rap any more. It's now hip hop, which is just marketing bullshit. Rap was born as a way for the black community to get their message out since the white man pays them no attention. It sucks, but that's the way it is still today, but the record execs have grabbed hold of the "talent" and used them for their bidding. There are no more stories or messages; it's just about a party and shaking your ass or talking about your money and posessions. No need to listen to it. That's why the only one I even enjoy at all anymore is Atmosphere. J
