SSA's Evil SS Camaro. 4 Evil 15s and 2 DC 7.5ks
That's why in my profession we go black on all communications when a serious injury or death occurs. Once the family has been notified and at least 6-18 hours after nothing goes in or out unless ABSOLUTELY needed. We ensure the family finds out from us first in person. Never a phone call or Facebook to find out. Plus it prevents 'friends' from breaking the bad news. J

My guess it would be similar to the ping pong ball in the gas tank. It pulls and pulls then gets clogged completely. When it gets completely clogged it chokes out and the pressure is released since there is less/no demand for the pump to operate. Due to a lack of suction the clog loosens and allows water to come back in to the pump allowing the problem to stop long enough to 'disengage' the alarm and then the rpms go back up since the pump now is able to pull an acceptable amount of water. J For it to "measure" pressure it needs a transducer. There isn't one. For instance, it will run just fine without the water line connected at all. Obviously it has no flow then... Well shit........I was looking at it as if a truck got its exhaust choked out by an empty tin can or something. J If it were exhaust or gas I'd understand, but a water intake? It isn't akin to someone squeezing your radiator hose closed either as the water pump would basically just run empty when it happens. I figured it was worth a guess. I know with a lot of the Military equipment we have parts that normally would have minimal effect on most civilian equipment that deadlines what we use. J

Agreed. I always joke I can lose 5 pounds in 10 minutes. A gallon would require some serious effort to get to again, but a 1/2gal isn't so unusual for me. I've got a monster bladder. Definitely getting weaker/smaller with age, but I also try less to torment it as I realize some day it will fail. I can easily cover 300 miles and 4 beverages without stopping. In high school I'd drink a good portion of a 12 pack and drive for 3 hours and not stop. For me it all depends on the beverage and time. Once the seal is broken I have a bladder like a damn kid. The worst for me is piss tests. I can never piss on command. I'm usually there for a good hour. J Just turn in a sperm sample next time Sadly that is very frowned upon. Especially since we have to have an observer. J

I must hunt down this Crispin you speak of. Is it commonly found in the liquor section or beers and wines? I can already tell I will need to venture to Tucson for it. J

Welcome to the IHoP
You speak as if I'm spending $1000 on a rifle, and $250 on glass, which I would see as odd as well, but I'd be spending a little less then half the cost of the rifle it's self. I work for an optics company. My gut says spend 80% on the optics. Rifles generically are simple to make in comparison and have cheap contents. Just seems backwards to me. I'd also expect that in your category used is really the only option. Should be plenty of people upgrading out of the price class you are in I'm happy to buy used, but unfortunately people in AZ seem to think their old POS rifle is worth a lot. I went to a gun show today, total waste of time. Visited the branch store Sportsman's Warehouse. All new, cheapest thing they had that I figure was decent was a Remington 700 adl, and I guess the sps replaced the adl version. adl version was $430 new with their scope, so that seems like I'd be better off spending a little more for the better version of the 700 model, and not pay anything towards their super cheap scope. I'm going to another gun shop tomorrow morning that carries tons of new and used rifles, so hopefully they'll have something decent. Come down and visit the shop down here bro. I know its a small hike for you but the guys who operate my local gun shop are damn good and can give amazing advice. They don't stock a shit ton of rifles as they are primarily a hand gun shop, but what they do stock is pretty good shit. The ones down here always are. I have never gotten anything but a 'swap meet' vibe from them. J

I've been trying to find a working edition of this for a few years now. Every time I see an ad I am either a day late and a dollar short, or its blown. Great review BTW. J

Welcome to the IHoP
I will check those places out. Most of what I found online is similarly priced to the local place after shipping etc. What is seasoning a humidor? Basically it is getting the wood on the inside of the humidor to absorb some humidity to keep a more humidity stable environment. Stability for cigars is like it is for kids. If its good they perform how they should. If its shakey, they are REAL hit and miss. This should explain better. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/GzldHtXr4qQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> J
