Welcome to the IHoP v.2
What made it clunky for you? I think it works smoothly. Granted I also like the integration with my Macbooks. J

My car multimedia player broke a few days ago, so I replaced it with a new one. It cost about 35 dollars, and I want to share it with you.
How the hell did you quote him in Chinese? Kind of impressive actually.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
It's somewhat nice being in an apartment on Halloween. No kids came to the door in the last few years, and none this year. It keeps the dog quiet, but I am looking forward to having a house in the future and passing out candy. J

The camera does take a touch of getting used to, but overall not bad. J

Kids always should be for most situations. For some they are the motivation to make changes, but unfortunately they are on the sidelines during those changes. J

You two would get a long damn well. One of the better people I've met here. J

Big props on doing that. From my limited second hand knowledge, Fed Max is no joke, and many have a true 'no fucks given' mindset. I do not blame you for having a very laid back downtime. Hell in that environment I would too. I also know a bunch of my brothers who were door kickers would color kids coloring books, play with Legos, or other simple kids based activities in addition to the 'gym' during their downtime. Aside from the family history in this environment, I've always been intrigued by what man will do to provide, and what the story is behind it. In this instance, I get to tell the tale through my camera lens, and in some situations with my words as well. Either form provides an opportunity to promote people doing something I don't do myself, but have a lot of respect for and as you pointed out a history with. J

As for the brutal football hits, I do the same. I used to fight for shit's and giggles as well. It just got old to me. I still enjoy watching and photographing it whenever possible. I apologize if you've said before, but what has you seeing this up close and from the sounds of it often? I certainly agree self defense or defending another is a different animal altogether. Don't get me wrong guys, I respect the choice of others not to support it. The decision not to buy merchandise, PPV's, tickets, or even watch highlights on ESPN is your decision. I support you guys making that choice, and I'm happy that we are in a society where every day is not a fight or die type thing. For me though, I grew up watching boxing on HBO and Showtime on weekend nights with my Dad. As my parents were divorced, and often I was 'shuffled off' to just hangout with my step siblings, these fights were always important to me. We would discuss the fights, and why X boxer was winning on the cards, and what Y needed to do in order to come back. He was also a boxer himself in HS, and did the Buffalo Golden Gloves. My older half brother is still and independent wrestler, and for a number of years I was a ref, manager, ring announcer, and damn near everything else besides a wrestler. Hell, the only reason I never trained was the distance from a good school when I was younger, and then leaving for Active Duty. Additionally, my great uncle on my mother's side was the welterweight and middle weight champ (Carmen Basilio). I guess you could say enjoying boxing, and fighting in general is in my blood. J

I can respect that. For me I hope that my daughter is able to defend herself if needed, and should she choose to learn how to fight properly, I'd ensure she was trained by the best I could get. The guys and gals who sign up for anything in fighting know the risks, and embrace them as a part of the culture. Much like many of us have done with hearing loss at some point. J

Mind if I ask why not? Similar style to boxing, just nothing to protect the knuckles. No kicks, nothing below the waist. J

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
I sure as hell would not be in the ring; but it is entertaining. J

Kudos on the work Neal!!! While not wrestling, I did cover Bare Knuckle #8 this past weekend. While not my article, here's the photos. The top prelim shots are on my IG. https://www.rocketsports-ent.com/knockouts-galore-at-the-bare-knuckle-fighting-championship-8-in-tampa/ J

What makes this car 'fun' for you? I ask as the only Miata's I've driven have never left a smile plastered on my face. Just shame and regret. J

Best to really rinse them well and then load. Use the finish agent (aka jet dry) and you should be good. Cascade gets my dishes damn clean. J

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
Whoo hoo. Outer bands from this tropical storm are pushing in. The center is supposed to go well north west of us. Looking at a few other weather sites though, some have the majority of the energy coming a lot closer. In turn we get a tornado watch until noon Saturday. Already had one small twister touch down here in town and take the power in some spots. Also got the 500mm in today just before I had to leave for a meeting. doing a few test shots tonight, it's not too shabby. Worth what I paid, but the box showed up damaged, and he sent it with USPS instead of the FedEx I paid for (hence the delay). I'll see how it does tomorrow, but I'm bringing the 70-200 with me just in case. J

Makes sense to me. If you aren't mounting it right, it doesn't make the right connection. J

I have 8 (IIRC) on my 2009 Sharp in my bedroom. My 2017 Samsung in the living room only has 4. J

Might not have enough HDMI ports. Seems like a lot of TVs are skimping on them these days. J

439 (Amazon at least) for the newer Tamron 2x teleconverter. Granted I can get the EDU rebate and get some money back. It's on the list for down the line. Paid about 425 shipped for the 500mm. If I don't like it, I should be able to sell it for what I paid pretty easily. Possibly even with some profit. J

Covering Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship this weekend again. I'll be restricted to the balcony yet again, and while I could use my 70-200 and crop it heavily (like last time) I hated the 'extreme crop' noise I got due to having a 1600 (or so) ISO. Found a manual focus Nikon 500 mm f/4 for a solid price for the condition. We'll see how she does. Hopefully she makes it in time. Considering the shipping location to here, it should be here easily on time. J

Under the TV soundbar might fit the bill. J
